"So, I have over $400 on my Paycard. I was not made aware that the company would be switching over. Well, the reason why I have so much on my paycard is because I got refunded for a music festival and they could ONLY put it back on that original card. I was able to call and get my balance a few weeks after, but now I can’t login, it won’t allow me to check my balance when I call because (my pin is wrong)..IT’S NOT. They’re saying my password is wrong. IT’S NOT. I have never been so mad in my life. I NEED that money back, and I leave voicemails and I am about to e-mail, but no one has contacted me. I blame Fintwist for this as well, since they have purchased the company, that means their debts as well, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Has anyone even actually received a check from Sole yet?"

"I use Sole Financial through my job because at the moment I’m getting some issues worked through at my previous bank after my identity was stolen. I Use Sole like it was my bank account and all my checks go in this account and my savings.... So my new Fintwist card came in the mail because Sole is changing over to FINTWIST So I entered all my info for my Check to be direct deposited into the new FINTWIST account and i’ll check ended up going on my Sole card again, which we only have until May 31 to get the funds off the card or I lose my money. Sole card won’t transfer my own paycheck to my FINTWIST account even though I connected them. I had to send my drivers license to Sole, Which is the second time I’ve had to do it in a week And They won’t approve my transfer from card to card and this is going on 7 days now. Sole told me just to file for a lost card and Wait 5 to 7 business days to get it then I would be able to access my money . So I have no gas now, no money for food, my rent is late and nobody will help me When I call Sole. Everyone is from another country And I can’t understand them.. And that’s my hard earned money And they are keeping me from it and said if I don’t do this before May 31 I lose all my money. They are ruining my credit and my week Has been awful and this has been a nightmare. I couldn’t even go to the ER when I was sick because I didn’t have access to my money NEVER USE SOLE or FINTWIST. Horrible"
"They changed owners or some sort of structure with no heads up, Employees getting phone calls telling them the card will not work soon, worried and a million questions. A million questions that I cannot get answers for them because when they changed they locked me out of the website! I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY EMPLOYEES. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I would give less than one star if I could. This is peoples Money you are playing with. Most people that use the pay card are low income and cannot get checking accounts. So to leave them in limbo and worried IS NOT COOL."
