"Easy and fast they are the best"
"The most painful, drawn out process ever which violated so much of my privacy before being denied. Spring hard checked my credit, contacted my coworker (saying it was for underwriting, not even discretely), collected my biometrics, and strung me along for over a week before saying that the application was denied. It is not the denial that pisses me off - it is the process and how long it took for them to come to that conclusion. They kept asking for more and more information, with the false pretense that this additional info would lead to an approval. You might as well have denied me a week ago - now I have lost a week of progress and shared with you my entire personal information database. The loan advisor was Akena. She was very slow to respond to messages."

"I was manipulated into purchasing a package that I didnt sign for and the guy flat out lied and told me that I would have a month before charging me the subscription fee but I only given a week! I have tried to cancel but the livechat is a fakeout, you have to call them anyway. I have tried calling them back several times but have been left on hold and then disconnected after waiting 30 minutes. I have not used their program and now I have been charged twice causing havac with my bank account, costing me close to $200 with NSF fees. Is this the true pupose of The Foundation? My understanding is the program is supposed to help build credit not make it worse. I said I would think about it, an all of a sudden Im being charged...wtf?"

"I was disappointed. I was put through a very lengthy process, many phone calls and credit reviews to hear I was offered 1/3 of what I applied for. I was berated by the agent who was upselling other products and speaking very quickly. It was very uncomfortable! I was then transferred to another agent who was also extremely pushy and used very objectionable language to persuade me to purchase a product that pretended I had a loan that I didn’t and I would be debited monthly small payments to build my credit in order to be approved for higher loans in the future. I had to intervene in order to speak because she was on what seemed to be a scripted sale while not listening to my points. It was frustrating and extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was being sold a bill of goods! No thanks!"
