I got a loan with easy financial for $2,312.30 i August 2025. now my credit report shows I owe $5000 to spring financial and $2720 to easy financial… I never received any money from spring financial so not sure why I owe them anything. These are the only loan companies I’ve ever had a bad experience with . Complete scam ! To top it off I agreed to pay off my loan on the days I got paid and money ended up being taking out of my account on days before I was even paid which has resulted in both late fees and NSF fees. To top it off excessive calls and texts from this company to the extent. Will be contacting my lawyer after reviewing my credit report . Owing $5000 to spring financial when I received no money from them is outrageous and appears illegal .,,
Not only did Spring Financial quickly provide the loan I earnestly needed, despite my fair credit score, but the company also recommended and provided the means to increase my credit rating and make it easier to apply for loans or credit cards in the future. I only wish that management would slow down when explaining details unfamiliar to me.

Filled out the application, I received a call, and answered all the questions. I was told an advisor would get back to me. I received a call from the advisor. He asked a few more questions which I answered, and then he said he was gonna put me on hold, and he would be back with my options. That was a Thursday… I was on hold 15 mins listening to the music. And the music just stopped and another five minutes of waiting and nobody came on. I texted the person I’ve been talking back-and-forth with, and they never answered. I went online to their chat on the website. They said oh we’re sorry about that. We’ll have somebody call you back. No one did so by Monday I called again late afternoon. They said oh we’re sorry about that. We’ll get your advisor to call you back right away. All day Tues no call So I call Wednesday. And they say we’re sorry about that. We’ll get them to call you back right away. I said I’ve heard this four times and nobody has called me back. But she said she would make it a priority call. Tuesday night at about 1030 my phone rang. I was in bed asleep when I got up the next day I see that it was them leaving a number for me to call back. I called back that number they say that I’ll have to wait for another call from the advisor. It’s been two weeks no callback. I’m guessing I wasn’t approved, but at least you could have the decency to tell me that. Not good business practises at all
