I highly recommend using Stack for your move. I had the 25 stacks and used all of them. I didn't have to mess with having to build boxes, break them down and use tape. It's amazing what a difference that makes. I also appreciated that by using Stack it's less waste. The driver who dropped off and picked up stacks was kind and worked his ass off getting them up our long winding staircase. Thank you! They were in and out in 10 min both times.

This was the best decision for my move. Made it very easy for delivery and pick up. The sizes are perfect for a 1 bedroom 25 boxes. The movers where happy using me these because it was perfect for loading the truck. I definitely recommend them.

Renting bins from Stack was so easy. They were dropped off right on time and even let me extend an extra day due to moving delays. The bins were picked up and I didn’t have to worry about what to do with a ton of moving boxes. Highly recommend!

Both the Atlanta and Chicago teams were absolutely fantastic - communicative, efficient, professional, and wonderfully cheerful and friendly throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and their service genuinely took a huge amount of stress out of our move. If you’re relocating, do yourself a favour and go with Stack. They make moving feel downright manageable (and, dare I say… pleasant?).

Easy to use, and very attentive and flexible customer service. We had to change our order multiple times; i.e. change the amount of boxes, change the pickup dates, etc. In all cases just a simple email, and customer service responds right away. If I have another move, will definitely use them again.

While there was an initial bit of a snag in scheduling the delivery of the plastic bins (due to 2 contacts), it was not enough to give it less than 5 stars. Lucas was great to work with, very communicative and professional. He delivered the bins during the window scheduled and picked up them up as expected. One piece of advice, order more bins than what Stacks recommend. While the bins were good sized and definitely sturdy, they were a tad narrow for some of my kitchen stuff. The cost of renting the bins was close to purchasing packing material (i.e. cardboard boxes, packing tape, etc.). Plus, I easily moved miscellaneous items myself from one apartment to another using the bins with the rollers provided. If I ever move again, I will definitely use Stacks again.

Stack was easy to work with for scheduling. The crates were invaluable, and saved me so much time and effort compared to buying traditional cardboard boxes at a store. My movers loved the Stack containers because they were so easy to transport, which made the move quicker and easier. Would highly recommend to anyone contemplating a move.

Provides a great service. "Delivery and pick up to your door" should be delivery and pickup to your door. My driver today, in Renton WA, advised me that he doesn't do stairs. "The older women pay me directly to bring bins down to street level," he said. Now, I was prepared to help bring bins curbside. I wasn't prepared to (1) pay the driver to bring my bins down, or (2) bring all 32 bins down by myself. How does that make someone's move hassle free. Five stars awarded for service and delivery (from truck to door). Two stars deducted for hassle at pick-up (door to truck).

Stacks is truly a game changer. I’ve moved so many times and not having to worry about finding boxes, taping them together, stacking them like a jigsaw puzzle, etc is next level. These bins are so easy to use and makes moving so much easier! This is my second time using them and I will definitely use again!

This was the best decision I made for this move!!! I got the 25 bins with 2 dollys and it was perfect for my 1bed/1 bath apartment. The bins were dropped off the night before I requested due to availability of their driver, so that was nice! These bins stacked well, moving them was easy and pick up was prompt as well. The driver who picked up, helped me carry them downstairs from my 2nd floor apartment also. So happy I didn’t have to deal with boxes for this move, would highly recommend!

1st of all - the fact that you no longer need to order an ungodly amount of cardboard boxes, tape, then deal with getting rid of them is incredible. Stack was amazing in coordinating our move. They were friendly and super responsive. Can't stress enough how nice it is to deal with a smaller company that cares. Communication was the best part - they text you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up so you know when they're getting there and any details they can help you with. We ended up having to delay our move multiple times and Stack was understanding and helpful throughout. They get that moving is stressful and make it so boxes are one less thing to worry about. Lastly - The boxes themselves are a good size and sturdy. They have ergonomic handles and came with two trollies which made them super easy to handle both for pick-up/drop-off and during the move itself. Any bigger and I think you'd lose that mobility. Will use them for my next move (hopefully that's not for a while though ;) )

Excellent service that makes moving much easier! Using the bins is so much nicer than buying, taping, breaking down, and recycling dozens of boxes. Your items are safe inside the sturdy bins, and you and your pets are safe because the bins stack together and are stable, whether on the ground or on the rolling carts they provide. Great service - they communicated well and showed up exactly when they said they would for both drop-off and pick-up. Highly recommended!
