Went on the website to cancel my new car as I cannot afford it due to financial circumstances. As per online I would be contacted in a few days - over a month & absolutely NO contact!!! One very unhappy customer!! Will now have to seek advice.

I ended my contract several weeks ago ZX1373784 and had an outstanding balance to pay and made arrangements to pay in instalments. We got charges as the car was taken to be inspected and was charged £410.00 but this was removed and I was sent confirmation that the charge has been removed. I now have had two default letters and have phoned on numerous occasions but still not resolved, I spoke to someone called Izzy 07/03/25 and she has advised that I will not get a black mark on my credit report. I have now asked for compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused by a company that do not work or communicate with each other and provide incorrect information.

Almost impossible to talk to anyone, held phone for 18 minutes. Tried call back option, never happened. They ask you to use website, but it's impossible too. What a shambles

The worst service provider I have ever come across. their subsidairy, free2move, tried to charge me 578.00 for end of lease costs that didnt exist, took the money from my account without permission and then refused me right of appeal/dispute. After much fighting ( including with Stellantis,their owner.....utterly useless!!) they gave me back as ' a goodwill gesture', £ 400.00. Why ? because over many months i had to prove they and their collection agents lied and were incompetent.....PLEASE PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THEM OR STELLANTIS, THEY DONT CARE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT !!

The worst customer journey I’ve ever experienced , can’t get on my account , can’t get the correct department to answer the phone , , constantly locked out of my account , trip password email links don’t work

I did finance with them when i had bad credit, they got me like 14% Interest rate, kinda high, but then I did refinance the car and Stellantis recieved the pay off, a week later they got me a check with the overpayment amount. Everything worked out fine.
