"Greg Hopkins IT GETS WORSE!!! Tes it does and still gets worse I still get calls from them 31/2 years later trying scam on scam on scam now ANY number I don’t recognise I don’t answer AT ALL!!! I use to get about 15-20 calls a night NO EXADURATION!!!!! "It's even worse than you think. After losing a substantial amount to them I am now being hounded by people claiming to be debt recovery people who will get me my money back. A scam on a scam on a scam.... Never ever ever transact business or give details over the phone whilst the agent is waiting for you to read their email and respond instantly. Always take time and thoroughly research the company before handing over any personal details etc."

"Have been working with a very persuasive broker from Stern Options called Clive Burton. I foolishly let him persuade me to hand over my pension lump sum of over £42,000. He managed to lose nearly the whole lot. Promised me the earth. Said we would make £100k this month. While he was away for a short period I traded with £6000 that was still in my account. I didn't do well but had a hit rate of 53%. His and their hit rate was 8.3% on their new platform. Basically the last 12 trades he got one right. The last trade he got wrong which lost the last penny from £11,500. He then tried to persuade me to take out a £20k loan which would be favourable through someone he knows to try and make the money back. Not much I can do apart from spread the message as far as possible and as loud as possible. Please copy and paste and post this to avoid other people losing their lives. I will start the post on FB, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIN plus a bit on Google etc. Please do the same for me. I want everyone to know to avoid them and brokers like him. Only fraud action squad police department saved my situation. I gave them all the documents possible with every evidence. They found their real location and names. I will soon witness against them in the court. Actually they already working on getting all my funds back, not making not some fraudulent recovery, but a verified official documented chargeback processing operation, and my Skandia Bank has already approved my money return operation. "SAD STORY TO BE TOLD, DON'T DEPOSIT ANY MONEY TO STERN! At first Stern Options sounds professional: you get a call as soon as you make any deposit and you get your own manager to help you. I've experienced that your manager makes you do very risky bets, that I ended up losing it all in one day (account balance then $116k). Then you are transferred to recovery department and you are asked to deposit more money to be able to recover anything. With hedging you could make some profit and you are able to make some withdrawals, but you still have to deposit "fresh money" for trades. Some trades look great, but soon your balance is just "bonus" and you can't make any withdrawals. When you start asking your money back and about the already promised withdrawals, suddenly your manager is changed and you can't get any contact to anyone. Don't start and if you have lost, don't start recovery process. Stern will suck all the money they can, but all is promises are just a big lie. Now I can't get anyone to make contact, emails and calling to Customer support won't make any difference. THIS HAS BEEN A LIFE THREATENING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. All savings changed to heavy debt load."

"Apparently after furhter contact with this company they have told me that they are now banned from "short term investments", whatever that is? And my mothers former account manager is replaced, they claim now that will help refund the money my mother lost, but it has to stay with them for months, do not invest with this company, they are constantly spinning new tales. From what research i was able to do the company is placed somewhere in eastern Europe , but everyone working there have English names like Max Morris, Daniel Grand, April D. or Samantha. "At SternOption my account manager just kept lying on several issues including bonus agreement terms so all my assets got frozen. He clearly stated that only my original investment has to stay on the account until certain conditions fulfilled and that the profit would be accessible anytime. But it was not so and I cannot withdraw any money. I contacted StenOptions regarding this but they did not bother to answer my emails. This company apparently allows or probably encourages its representatives to lie to their clients and my account manager (running with the name Kevin Walton) at least did it big times and did not care about my interests at all only about his. It´s true he made a nice profit on my account but I cannot get it, so my finances ended-up in a pretty nasty condition as I took out money from my cash-flow. The terms says that it´s like that until 30 times turnover of the original investment but I do not believe this company anymore and without help I´m pretty much sure I would lose all the money on my account as I´m not an experienced trader. Besides you can´t see where you are at fulfilling this term and after reading the reviews on TrustPilot I do not think I will ever see any money back from this company. So there is nothing left than reporting them to the police and write this review on every forum it´s possible. Anyway I´m happy I did not let them convince me to invest even more at the beginning so I lost "only" 2500 USD."

They have however been clever in employing web makers, both legitimate and own generated which say this company is a legitimate broker. I have lost a large sum of money as have thousands of others."
