"I had an issue on the Friday which couldn't be resolved over the phone so a Monday morning visit was booked to fix the issue. Dan, the engineer, sorted the issue and ensured the machine was working as it should and had us back up and running asap."

Even when I made an error in the delivery instructions to the company, they were very happy to change my instructions to accommodate my needs. The delivery of the machine was on time and the colleague who delivered the item, set it up and gave me some basic (but much needed) simple instructions. Even though the delivery and set went great, it was the after sales care which made the purchase even better. Even though the item had been delivered, set up and was ready to use, I needed further information on the brilliant gifts which the company sent out with the machine.
