"I had a very disappointing experience with Strawberry. I signed up and paid for a trial, but after rescheduling one of my coaching sessions, my coach renewed my trial. Shortly afterward, Strawberry charged me approximately $320 CAD for a monthly membership that I never intended to purchase or authorize. I contacted customer support hoping they would investigate what happened or offer a reasonable solution, such as a refund or credit. Instead, they immediately placed the blame on me, dismissed my concerns, and made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or even look into it further. The billing process felt misleading, and the lack of accountability from customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform."
