"Would not recommend this provider to anyone! It’s complete failure. Unfortunately, due to cable ownership changes in my home I had no options at all and that’s the only one company offering internet, otherwise I would not sign up any contract. 1. Customer support is pointless, they literally cannot help in any way, every time there is an issue- there is no option to “restart” from their side, just wait for tech guy, which might come, might not come to you 2. There are constant issues with internet, it’s just disappearing for hours during the day. Right now they left customers without internet at all for 3 days. 3. When you even send requests via website- you receive no reaction and have to call, after call you have to check again with them as customer support might just do not put your request down 4. No 24/7 support. If your system is that no stable - provide immediate support options, not that people wait for almost 24h for any reaction from your side"
