"It's a scam. I opened an account and sent the info needed to operate with real money with them; a scanned I.D. and a 3d scan of your face (I know, very stupid for me to let them that info). When I realized this site looks really dodgy, I asked them to delete my account and the info they have from me, and this is what they answered: "For Tag Markets the information of our Traders is very important, that is why in order to support you with your request, we need you to help us with the following: - A letter requesting the information including your full name, email, date, details of the request, and a clear signature. - Copy of your ID for verification with the information entered by you at the time you made the KYC. - SELFIE with your ID for profile verification (It must be a selfie where your face is clearly visible and your ID is visible next to your face) Once we have the requested information we will process your order. We always appreciate your support to maintain the security processes in Tag Markets." Obviously I won't send them the info needed for them to open an account in any other dodgy sites... "I am extremely disappointed with TAG Markets. I requested a crypto withdrawal after completing trading through their Amplify program (after 31 days). First, the withdrawal was moved to the internal wallet, then I submitted a crypto withdrawal request. After that, the status changed to “Approved” and later to “Paid”. The problem is — no money ever arrived. It has already been more than 10 days: - no funds received, - no TXID provided, - no blockchain proof, - no clear explanation from support. Every time I contact them, I receive vague answers or complete silence. If a withdrawal is marked as “Paid”, there should be an actual blockchain transaction. But they refuse or avoid providing the transaction hash. This is absolutely unacceptable for a financial company handling client funds. At this point I feel completely misled and emotionally exhausted. I trusted this company, followed their process, completed verification, traded normally, and now I am simply being ignored while my money is missing. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before depositing money with TAG Markets until they improve transparency and withdrawal reliability. My withdrawal request has been repeatedly rejected since September 18, 2025, and until today I still have not received a proper explanation regarding the rejected withdrawal or the deduction of profits from my account. Unfortunately, my experience with TagMarket has seriously damaged my trust in this platform.
