Beyond Coaching

"I cannot recommend Jake and Beyond Coaching enough. I’ve been working with Jake for over two years now, and I think that alone says a lot about the experience I’ve had. And that’s not because he hasn’t got me to my goal in that time, quite the opposite. Over those two years, my goals have changed, I’ve been through different phases, and Jake has coached me brilliantly through all of them. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but what I value just as much is how well he understands me as a person. He gets my personality, knows when I need pushing, knows when I need to pull back, and somehow always manages to get the best out of me without making the process feel miserable or unsustainable. I’ve now done five photoshoots with Jake, and every single one has been such a different but amazing experience. I’ve lost around 8kg through prep phases, but I’ve also been through build phases, maintenance phases and periods where the goal hasn’t simply been getting leaner. I’ve learnt so much about my body, my mindset and what I’m capable of through the whole process. As a coach myself, I’ve also learnt a huge amount from Jake that has helped me become better at supporting my own clients, which I think says a lot about the level of knowledge and experience he brings. The results have been incredible, but for me it’s about so much more than the end result or a photoshoot. It’s the trust, the education, the support, the photoshoot experiences and having a coach who genuinely gets me!"

"I've been working with Jake for about six months now and it’s been such a great experience. When I first stated I had a very specific goal that I wanted to get to in 18 weeks before my 37th birthday. Jake has been amazing at holding me accountable, making sure that I have a plan that suits my lifestyle and gets results. I have finished my initial 18 weeks and now I'm continuing my journey with Jake. I've lost 9 kilos in total, but feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. I would highly recommend .. He's very understanding and knowledgeable."

"BEYOND Coaching is not average online coaching. This is top tier. For people serious about getting the absolute best out of themselves, and coaches who KNOW first hand the power of coaching but need a coach themselves. Someone who can elevate them to the next level. Targets are clear, communication is fantastic, you feel completely supported and also pushed. If you are like me and debating whether to get a coach and invest in it - I couldn't shout louder to DO IT. I feel super empowered and grateful for Jake and Beyond Coaching."

"Beyond coaching has helped transform my body and mind into a much better condition. Jake is very knowledgeable and knows exactly when to push or pull you back. He’s helped me lose around 20kg in 16 weeks whilst maintaining a good level of muscle mass. If you’re thinking about getting a coach get in contact with Beyond Coaching!"

"I’ve been working with Mollie for over 8 months and I can honestly say she has changed my life. I decided to start working with a coach to feel a little better about my body in time for my wedding which I have definitely achieved but the benefits go so much further than that. My whole identity has changed and I’m now someone who wakes up and goes to the gym, not because I have to but because I want to and it’s who I am and I love it! She has taught me so much about health and fitness and I have a new sense of confidence in my ability to do hard things. I have never felt better when I look in the mirror but I also know that even though I am no longer working with her I have the skills and understanding to maintain, if not build on my progress. Her support has been incredible, she has helped me learn when it is time to push and when it is time to give myself a break. She has listened to me and tailored the whole experience around my needs and lifestyle and she has been so encouraging the whole time. I am sad to be leaving her but also so excited to where I can take this now that she has taught me so much. Mollie’s knowledge around gym programming and diet has been so helpful and she is always there to answer any questions around form or food or anything at all! If you’re on the fence or unsure about who should be your coach, look no further than Mollie, it will be the best decision you ever made!"

"I’ve been working with Jake for around a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best investment I’ve made in myself! Jake is an excellent coach, he genuinely cares about his clients, is incredibly knowledgeable and always pushes me to achieve my goals."

"Jake has been a huge part of my transformation journey over the past 8 months. From day one, he mapped everything out for me, my daily step count, macros, workouts, meal plans, supplement intake, and a clear target weight goal. Having that level of structure made it easy to stay consistent and actually see results. I even started seeing results within just a few days, which really kept me motivated from the start. Everything is delivered through his app, which is amazing and super easy to use. It keeps everything organized in one place and makes tracking progress seamless. Jake has been incredible throughout, supportive, always available when needed, and constantly tailoring everything to what works best for me. 8 months later, I’m 10kg leaner, the leanest I’ve ever been in my life, with muscles popping and visible 6-pack abs. My self-confidence is through the roof, and I’ve even done 2 photoshoots along the way. The best part is that Jake makes you actually enjoy the process, no extreme restrictions, no boring workouts, just a smart and sustainable approach that works. If you’re serious about getting real results and want a coach who genuinely cares and knows his stuff, I’d highly recommend working with him."

"Beyond Coaching are excellent. Best, most invested coaching experience I've had. Meets you on a level and keeps communication honest, friendly and clear. Regular contact and no long waits for replies. Jake is great and knows exactly what he is doing and what is needed. Couldn't recommend more highly."

"Jake is a great coach, always on the end of the phone able to help with any queries. Listens to check ins and adjusts accordingly. Sets achievable targets. I’m 9 weeks in and lost 7kg already. Locked in for the long term now."

"I’ve worked with Jake for over 2 years now and LOVE IT! It feels more than coaching, I feel like a really valued member of the community and love being a part of the team! I’m working towards my 6th photoshoot and each one just gets better and better. Jake pushes me to be the best version of myself but also supports when there’s bumps in the road! He’s an amazing Coach and I genuinely look forward to his check ins each week! Cannot recommend enough!"

"Ive been working with Jake since January. And have loved the journey so far. Being a coach myself and having trained solo for years, its been great to have someone hold me accountable and someone who wants to reach my goals as much as I do and help me work toward my photo shoots. This allows me to focus fully on my girls and building my own business and at the same time im learning alot from my training with Jake. Im so pleased I signed up and would highly recommend Beyond Coaching"

"Coaching with Beyond has genuinely exceeded all my expectations… and they were already high! Over the last 2 years working with Jake, I’ve completed multiple shoot preps, races and competitions, and achieved goals that once felt completely out of reach. Achieving my dream physique has to top it. I still look back at the photos and can’t quite believe it’s me! The best thing about working with Jake is that he sees your potential way before you do. He knows exactly when to push, where to challenge you, and how to guide you through any barriers that come up. The level of dedication to the goal is unmatched, and I honestly wouldn’t have achieved any of this without his coaching. Being a coach myself, and having worked with others before, Jake has set a very high bar that many don’t come close to. And beyond that, the whole Beyond experience is something special. It’s exciting to be part of, and the shoot days are easily some of my favourites 💜 I think it’s safe to say… they’re stuck with me now 😂 Thank you team Beyond!"

"I have been training with Jake for the past 5 months and love it! Jake has fully changed the way I look at training and nutrition, before I always struggled to stay consistent, but Jake has kept me motivated and the hard work is paying off as I am seeing the results!"

"I honestly can’t recommend Beyond Coaching enough! I was watching Jake’s client results for a while, and one day I thought to myself: "Let’s just have a call and see what he’s about” and As soon as we jumped on the call, I knew straight away that he was the right coach for me! Working with Jake has really changed my body, my mindset and even my financial situation as I’m now sharper and have been exposed to so many opportunities that only happened because of that one decision I made!"

"Currently coaching with Jake and have been for a few months. The programming provided for me is understanding of commitments, realistic for my schedule all whilst helping me achieve quick results. It’s accountability that I simply couldn’t provide for myself."

"I can’t rate Mollie and Beyond any higher, when they reached out to me I was at the point of not knowing what to do, having got my dream job it was predominantly office based after my previous active warehouse roles, I loved the job but started to despise how it was making me feel about myself physically. No matter what I did diet/ cardio it wasn’t enough and the guidance and weight training plan from Beyond gave me results and a body I never thought I’d achieve again. You may consider it pricey over a long period but for me, for my mentality I can’t put a price on that and that’s why I continue, even though I now have all the tools to carry on alone, having that point of contact at a minimum of once a week is so valuable for accountability, advice and motivation, it really changed my life and lifestyle for the better and as someone who loves food and still gets to enjoy that! What more can I say!"

"I’ve been working with Team Beyond for nearly 4 years now. I have a completely different outlook on fitness and nutrition now. It’s a lifestyle choice not a chore. Mollie is so supportive, kind and just great! Always makes herself available and alters my plan as and when I need to."

"Beyond Coaching has been the best thing I've done for my health and fitness. With their expertise and support I've transformed my body and mindset to a whole new level. They'll set you up for reaching your fitness goals from day one and guide you through each week like you have the best fitness buddy in your pocket. Best investment I made - thank you!"

"I've been with the Beyond Team a year now. The Best decision I've made. You will achieve phenomenal results & a physique you've always dreamed of! Jake has a great work ethic, is knowledgeable, experienced, understanding, supportive with jaw dropping results! I can not recommend Beyond enough. Jake & his Team are next level. You will not be disappointed when you join the Beyond Team."

"I've been with Beyond coaching now for over a year. Started on a cut and got into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. Now on a bulk and looking forward to the next cut to see how much I have changed and if I can look even better. Not only look but also feel. I feel so much healthier. I've trained for years and thought I knew what I was doing. But trust me, all those that think they know, they don't! You need to get yourself a coach to guide you through and keep you accountable and beyond will done that. I would have never been able to achieve what i did without them. No matter what happens in your home life or what kind of work you do. They work around you to help you achieve your goals. I work 12 hour shifts, including nights shifts. I had an operation during my programme and beyond still managed to help me get to my goals! Honestly the best coaches in the game. They know exactly what they are talking about as they have years of experience. Don't think about it! Do it and make contact and change your life for the better. 💪"
