"Found a good item at a good price. Checkout was straightforward. Received shipping updates. Item failed to arrive. Had an email from Tech Market to say it had been delivered. Royal Mail tracking showed that it hadn’t been delivered. Impossible to contact Tech Market. Tried phone, email and their web form - all no response. Situation still unresolved. Terrible service. Use at your peril!"

"Bought the transcriber after reading an article about this. Probably self written or paid. Product was initially okay. Then I left it for a few days. After that it cannot be switched on. And even after charging it does not switch on anymore. Emailed for service. And the operators are like real idiots. They just loop you and hope you let it go."

"Bought a refurbished Samsung S21 from Tech Market, but it would not recognise the SIM card from my old phone. Bought a new SIM card from a different network which was recognised, but when I tried to make calls I could not be heard and I left voicemails on my landline and these were unintelligible. And later in the day the new SIM card stopped being recognised. So I bought another phone from a different company and that recognised both SIM cards and successfully made calls, showing that the Tech Market phone was not recognising SIM cards well or functioning as a phone. I sent the phone back, enclosing a copy of my last e-mail to them where I explained all of the above, and they sent an e-mail saying "No issues found". They sent a refund that was £10 short, with no explanation but presumably because they were accepting it back under their 30-day returns policy, not admitting that it was faulty. I realise that its my word against theirs, but from my perspective they are wrong to say there are no issues and if they are going to sell the phone to another customer without fixing it that is disgraceful, and if they know it is bad but have not given a full refund, or paid for return postage, then that is also very bad. Two stars for sending a partial refund."

"Great vfm, accurate descriptions and speedy gentle support. Bought ipad pro and iphone for elderly disabled relative. After order I got an email saying colour of iphone would be delayed & alternative available to ship immediately. All the kit arrived the next day. I couldn't find the charging cables until nudged to check the outer packaging - that was my boy looking. The iphone still had a few photos of some old duffer's slippers and beer belly, which I removed - definitely not worth losing a star for."

"I’m only giving 3 stars because the iPad is like new and doesn’t have any scratches or marks, the downside is that they have sent the wrong cable to be able to charge it but luckily I have a iPhone so I can use that but it’s not ideal in case they both need charging at the same time! I have sent 3 emails before the iPad arrived (received it today) to ask a couple of questions and I haven’t had a reply from any of them so I didn’t see the point in contacting them for a 4th time to mention the wrong cable! This is my first time using this company and seeing as the customer service is shit I won’t be using them again and I won’t be recommending them either, I also need a new laptop but I’ll be going else where now that’s for sure!!"
