"I ordered an "as new" resale oscilloscope with claims on their website listing that it was bundled with what I considered to be essential options. When it arrived, the options were all missing and when contacted they explained that there was a mistake made on the listing and that they could not supply the missing items. They offered a pathetic 15% discount on the oscilloscope not considering that a 15% discount would not compensate for the missing essential items! The only option I had left was to start the process of returning the oscilloscope and get a refund. What really made me annoyed was the fact that they did not even try to supply the missing options has a goodwill gesture for their mistake and that they shipped the oscilloscope without checking for the listed items before packing. In their calculations, it was too expensive to just supply the missing items and they'd rather I return it at my inconvenience not considering that they have lost a customer that would have purchased more products way more valuable than the missing options - not good."

"I found the oscilloscope I wanted and ordered it without a hitch. It was despatched very quickly and arrived well packed. I am very pleased with the scope. The carrier was a bit odd to deal with. As I was not going to be in, I had to arrange a pick up from a local store. Despite living in quite a large city, the nearest pick up point was 7 miles away. I had an e-mail saying it would be ready to pick up on the Saturday, but just as I was setting out on Monday, they updated the delivery date to Monday morning. I did collect on the Monday afternoon. Not Telonics fault but delivery was not as slick as with other carriers."

I made also made a critical review of that Brymen product, three weeks ago, which is still held in a moderation queue.
