"Whilst working at Outbound Care we have utilised the online platform of training of the The Children's Home Training Hub and found it very inclusive regarding the content of the videos, back ups by the assessment tool used. They even have very detailed handbooks for each course to further support your learning after the training. Finally there is an evaluation which has come in helpful with doing supervisions with staff and reaffirming they knowledge from the course. We have also used the "face to Face" training, which again was informative and received good feedback form our staff. Thanks for the good training."
