"Unsubscribed from e-mail to stop the spam deluge, but no obvious way to stop the mail coming through the post. Wrote to customer services to make it stop. So unhappy haven't event listened to the course I purchased and have deleted it all from my hard drive."

If you pull up a course you have already ordered, it will have a banner that says “You already own this course”!
