The Trading Cafe has been great to work with. Their education in the strategies, education with your emotions in trading, the instructor interaction is second to none. The live sessions are amazing. The access to the instructors leaves no question unanswered. They have a process in place to make sure you know everything you need to know in order to be successful, the rest is up to you.
A wealth of education on offer for free with seemingly ethical standards, with the additional benefit of paid for content that’s not pushed onto you if you wish to move further on with your learning journey, was sceptical at first as there is a lot of scams relating to trading around, but this community seems like a breath of fresh air, I would recommend anyone interested to get involved and check them out. You e got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
The Trading Cafe is the educational oasis I was looking for. Counter to the shiny packaged advertising (no shade) found in abundance on YouTube, obviously geared toward younger people looking to make fast progress, this is thoughtful, curated and sober pedagogy rooted in gradual and lasting progression. Navigating the Trading world is a dicey one. Their are too many people scamming and taking advantage of us people trying to learn. I cam across The Trading Cafe while searching for a community and its been a game changer. I was skeptical at first but I've learned so much from this group and team. Im not even to backtesting yet and I feel 1000% more confident because of the knowledge they have given. Honestly the best thing since sliced bread.
Very early days so far. Only part way through the intro book. However really like the structure, the discipline and the cautionary approach. I'm picking up a message which implies, "be serious, cautious and diligent".
The book is undoubtedly the best book on trading I have ever read. I would recommend it to others interested in trading.
A stuck up group that wouldn’t let me join because I was in “other Skool” groups so apparently that made me potentially a spammer. They even suggested I make a new Skool account so I could join. I mean surely if someone was going to spam in there they could just create a profile too? Anyway no interest in dictatorships and there are plenty of more inviting groups. Morale of the story make sure you’re exclusive to them and no one else. They are your only Daddy.
The reason I have given a 4 star rating and not 5 is I am not great on computers and found saving information in a format quite difficult. The more i used the program the easier it got but i still got lost a few times. The actual content of the course is very good, very thorough and honest. They are quite upfront about saying that you have to put a lot of effort in to learning and this is not a get rich quick scheme. I have now joined The Legacy Program in the Academy so I must be convinced it is the best place for me.
This place is an incredible wealth of curated, relevant, accurate, actionable information that has clearly taken a tremendous amount of effort to compile and gives a realistic path to becoming a profitable trader. They are very clear about the realities of the focus and resilience that would be needed to make the journey but it is without doubt the most impressive resource and I suspect the best opportunity anyone has to make it in the world of trading!
I am part way through the book. My impression so far, (I should add I have a short attention span) - The intro sections are a little wordy for me but as I have moved into the more technical sections I'm loving it.
What drew me to the Trading cafe was the genuine Introduction from the CEO Mr Zack. His presentations are really great, informative & His expertise in teaching was awesome to me. I appreciate his knowledge on how to create wealth as he and the instructors seem to truly care and are trying to teach people how to actually trade! Although Ive not been here for a length of time, its a process. If one follows the process, and stays committed to the program, one can achieve the skills of trading!
this is an amazing book...it opens my eyes to lots of things i never knew existed in trading..I'm not done yet but loving it so far.....kudos to the authors. the info's in this book worth thousand bucks.
it very interesting, I'm a new trader, about year and half in. everything the book has explained, taught, showed me so far is exactly true regarding emotions, simple to complex etc. w and m patterns, wow I always known about, however didn't give them the respect they deserved, like the book states, just because it looks to simple. Only halfway through the book. I am really enjoying, easy to read and understand, however, like the book explains you do need some idea of trading, candle stick knowledge patterns etc let's see how the rest of book goes. and I have sign up for trading cafe, zoom appointment in few days, I am very excited
So far this book and Trading Cafe have felt like a godsend. I have sifted through many different media sources looking for some semblance of reliable educational content on how to learn online trading. Most of them are either YouTube/social media "gurus" with big promises who want to sell you questionable material at exorbitant prices, or apps/books that may provide useful information but not as part of a structured curriculum and with a supportive community that proposes to teach you this stuff as part of a collective interest in helping people to earn money and improve their lives, not just a "get rich quick" money grab. It's so far the first school and book for online trading that actually seems to promise results, IF you put the work in, at a reasonable cost of money and time.
