"WARNING- if you cancel your membership be sure to remove your billing information. If you don't and log in again in the future, they will bill you an annual membership fee just for logging in. They've had a class action lawsuit for fraudulently billing membership fees to people who have cancelled."

"They won't let you browse before joining—paying money. Once I joined, they forced me to answer a myriad of questions to create my first recommended cart. I JUST WANTED TO LOOK. I didn't care for any of their recommendations. I looked for other things I might want and found the prices not worth ordering even if I weren't paying for a membership. There seems to be no way to cancel. They advertise no risk guarantee, but you are risking a frustrating process to cancel. I used their chat bot, and it offered deal after deal to keep me. Apparently it didn't understand when I said if it asked me one more time if I wouldn't stay that I would post an unfavorable review, so here it is. It was a total waste of my time, and an insult. They did refund my money."

They were considerate and respectful to the situation at hand and continuously provided as much help as possible. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! "I have been a member since 2020. Back when I first joined, it was fantastic. The prices were great the ability to get free items and other things like that made it really worth it over the years. It’s become more expensive than even Whole Foods and it’s honestly not worth it in any way shape or form do not waste your money."
"I have placed 2 orders here. All i can say is not only is it wonderful to be able to get organic non gmo food delivered because we don't have many options where I live. But these guys do an amazing job packing the boxes. Like these are the most well packed, and protected packaging I have ever seen. my protein shakes are well wrapped just in case there was a leak it wouldn't get on everything else you ordered.. Prices are reasonable.. I love they take ebt. I'm disabled and getting out is hard and finding places online that's not Amazon or Walmart that i can buy myself healthy food is wonderful.. I haven't placed any frozen food order's yet just shelf stable stuff but I'm very pleased.. Thank you guys for not only providing good products but making it affordable enough that I can actually get healthy stuff.."

"I found that starting a membership with Thrive Market was very annoying. I just wanted to order some energy bars but I seemed to be trapped in an endless succession of screens asking me about the categories of products I was interested in so that they could make recommendations of foods I might like. I already knew what I wanted so I didn't need to do their quiz, but there was no way out of it. When I finally decided it wasn't worth the hassle and that I wanted to cancel my free trial membership, I got into another seemingly endless loop of offers to try to make me stay. This was a waste of an afternoon. I'll just go back to CostCo, Amazon, and Walmart where you can place an order without having to spend the afternoon answering inane questions."

"Thrive Market prices are good- hence two stars, rather than one. Their customer service has degenerated to such an extent that the aggrevation is not worth their discounted prices. I won't bore you with how frustrating the inability of their virtual agent to understand was. Or its continually getting confused. Or its not transfering me to a live agent when I asked. And asked. And asked. Several products which should have lasted months and months, were spoiled. I spent almost an hour with their virtual agent about this going around in circles. Even the human being I finally got to didn't address my concerns, but kept sending irrelevant form messages. Thrive Market used to have better customer service. I'll get the same products elsewhere for a bit more, but without all the hassle."

"Very nice service. It has a lot of what I need and want. Customer service is great. I just find deep concern with the fact that this website doesn't have multi-factor authentication security features. nowadays its so often that data leaks happen, everyone's private information is left unsecured without the option to enable MFA for all accounts. there's payment methods, addresses (including delivery instructions on how to enter a person's home), and other private information. I'd deeply appreciate someone to put MFA features in the website so that everyone has more security over their private information while we all shop."
