"Lars accompanied me for about 6 months through a difficult career phase, while I was facing several challenges at work. In our coaching sessions he always gave me the feeling of absolute trust and confidence. He listened to me with utmost empathy and gave me good advices to turn into the right direction. My preferences were heard and incorporated. I am thankful for his support through a difficult period of my professional life. If you‘re looking for a good and professional coach, you‘re in best hands with Lars."

"Working together with Lars was a pleasure. I was hesitant at first, because voicing my concerns and thoughts is difficult, but he was able to get me to think about certain situations and work on how to resolve issues I was facing. No matter if working on business or personal settings, Lars supported me throughout the journey and gave me queues on how to further develop myself or think more deeply about why I was behaving like I did. Within a short amount of time I was able to work on myself and getting more focused."

"Working with Lars has been an absolute game-changer for me. From our very first session, I felt understood, supported, and empowered. His insightful guidance and strategies have helped me break through barriers, gain clarity, and achieve goals. His genuine passion for helping shines through in every session, creating a space of trust and growth. Five stars all the way!"

"Lars always took the time to listen to me and I really valued the time we spent together as he really helped me progress with my career goals. He gave me the courage and confidence to step outside of comfort zone and challenge myself. I wouldn’t be where I am now without the support he gave me."

"The different coaching sessions with Lars helped me tremendously to challenge my myself as part of my apprenticeship. They later made me realised the importance of great professional coaching, so I began my own coaching journey!! Thanks Lars."

"During my coaching time with Lars, I really learnt a lot about myself. It prompted me to dig a little deeper into my behaviours and try to rationalise why, at times, I don't give myself any credit. I found Lars to be patient and kind whilst remaining balanced. It was a great experience and I feel like I grew as a person as a result. I've definitely learnt to identify behaviour patterns in myself and understand that it's ok and there's a way to improve. Thanks Lars :)"

"I have really appreciated having Lars as my coach for the last 6 months. He has helped me set up my new business and challenged all the limiting beliefs I had, and pushed me towards action instead of procrastination. I am ever so thankful for his professional approach to coaching but also the way he has been able to help me see my blind spots and face them directly. I couldn't recommend him more, he has made a huge impact in my life and new business."

"There are two most important things our sessions have done for me: I was able to talk about my anxieties and working on those and on achieving work life balance. My work is very high paced and demanding. Following sessions with Lars, as a result, I started again paying attention to dedicating my time to outside of work activities. Something I struggled with from the beginning of the year. The session around forgiving was particularly challenging for me, yet very interesting and something I’ll be looking to explore and have started implementing in my life already. Very revealing and healing. I think our sessions were well lead. Thank you so much for your time, effort and understanding. I’d definitely recommend Lars as a life coach."

"Lars has great energy, he listens well, structures the stories and experiences, and asks the right questions."

"I highly recommend this company. My coach, Lars, was excellent, I gained so much insight into my professional and private relationships. I made some positive and constructive decisions, thanks to some techniques which helped me to identify snags. These mindful changes have improved my life so much! Thank you!"

"He made me realised why I procrastinated and helped me to confront my fears. 10 out of 10."
