"Be careful with this company they lock you into a long contract. If you don't pay they serve you with threatening debt letters through the post and via email. What i was sold was not what i got i didn't find the software very helpful to my company and quickly realised i was tied in. I would avoid."
"My initial experience with ToolTime UK was excellent especially while using a demo version of the software. I was quickly convinced that the full system would be beneficial and I subscribed to their 'contract'. I quickly realised (days after signing up) that the software didn't meet our businesses needs and some of that stemmed from key features such as Xero integration not working - the advice I was given 'speak to Xero or change your browser'. Anyway, after telling them on the 12th September that I wished to terminate my agreement, I eventually received a response on the 24th September telling me that I'm signed up for 12-months and terminating is not possible. When you are in charge of the software and are receiving monthly payments I can assure you that terminating is certainly possible. I would hate for anyone to be dragged into the same mess I am now in for a system that is missing some pretty key features compared to their competitors."

"Absolutely solid sales demo with Dan. He was able to answer all my questions....easy. Since setting up, I've saved myself hours of sitting, on an evening or a weekend, painstakingly going through all my jobs making sure everything's up to date. Now I just do it as I'm on site. The app is great for that...... it's just set out with exactly what I need on site..... noting down my measurements, adding materials and my photos etc. Absolute game changer taking photos in the app!!! Camera roll no longer clogged up with site photos....."

"Great product, very well built and easy to use. The mobile app has been great for the team, so I can be less hands on on site and give them more freedom to get the job done. We used another system for a bit, but find the documents from ToolTime are much better as they are branded as our own and the mobile app only shows the guys what they need to see. The sales process was smooth, Lewis was clear around the commitment involved and even though the price was a little higher than what I was using the improvements were worth the extra cost. The implementation process with Laura was even better than expected - uploading all of my customers and helping me populate the material list. 10/10!"
"Great software solution for service & customer management. However, misleading pre-sales information given, no cooling off period or cancellation option offered or given. An unexpected financial situation meant my small business was not able to afford the investment in this software. Tool time refused to discuss my situation and would not help by delaying/cancelling the subscription while I sorted the problems out. The sales team quoted their terms and conditions which were 1 year subscription with no cancellation option or cooling off period. My struggling business has had to pay £840.80 over 12 months causing serious financial problems. Even when I cancelled the payment, a new payment was taken from my debit card. Barclays said there is nothing they can do to help. Tool time are supposed to support small businesses and help productivity but their uncompromising and hidden terms are actually extremely damaging to small businesses. Appalling company ethos not about helping small businesses but about making money for themselves. Disgusting ."

"Its always a bit of a transition moving across to new software and ensuring jobs are correct and customers not let down but it was really easy, support staff where a great help as in the early days we had a lot of questions and the response time was really quick, overall an excellent service and the software is great, we're not using it to it's full potential at the moment but hopefully we will in the future, it's made our booking system much more efficient and saved a lot of time in man hours"

After meeting with various companies and having demos, Tooltime really stood out for as they had check all the requirements I had but they also went above and beyond by finding out more about my business and making sure the system was the right fit for us, it wasn’t a hard sell, there was no pressure to buy. I had met with Daniel for this process and then it was a seamless transition to Laura, our trainer, who was great at showing us how everything works and answered all the questions we had. She took time in going through things and made sure we were all ready to go before she left. The support the have and will provide reinforces that Tooltime was the right choice for us."
