"There are a lot of negativities in the world these days so thank goodness for Touchstone which brings a HUGE ray of sunshine and hope! Paul and Aniko who set up the company, along with Abi and Gordie and all the amazing coaches bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience, as well as incredible genuine care and support. I was in a very bad place a few months ago, working in a toxic environment, I knew I had to change my life, and thank goodness I saw Abi on Instagram talking about flipping properties. I had never heard this term before, so was intrigued. I had quit my job and so had time to do the 2-day course which is only £99, and even if I hadn’t quit, I would still have found the time to do the course because I knew I needed to change my life. It gives you an insight into what the banks don’t tell you, and certainly not taught in school, about how to build wealth and create freedom to live, and sure, they are selling the bigger courses they want you to sign up for, but I tell you now, worth every penny. I was hooked and signed up, and the last 3 months have been mind blowing! So many property strategy courses to learn about, Paul and Aniko sharing their life’s work, good and bad – Paul’s humble story in one of his books shows how grit and determination brought him his success and learning from his mistakes he made over the years gives me great confidence - along with Abi, Gordi and the Coaches with their real life stories, and the Coaches too. But if you think you are just going to be handed everything on a plate and not need to put in the time and work then of course this won’t be for you. In my late 40’s I knew I needed to invest in myself, educate myself, and take ACTION! The alternative was continuing in the rat race….no, thank, you! So for those who think it is a scam, you are most definitely wrong, the scam is the “normal” way of life. And no, I do not work for Touchstone Education, before you presume I do."

We went through what I had achieved and now have the initial event to kick off and a mid view plan for the aim of my property journey - I will be on the lookout for tired commercial units near town centres and on bus routes. "I attended the £99 property training event hoping to learn more about property investing and how to get started. I did learn some useful concepts and found parts of the training informative. However, I was disappointed that the £14,000 Wealth Academy programme was not made clear upfront before the refund window had passed. Had I known from the beginning that the main pathway being promoted involved a £14,000 programme, I would have been able to make a more informed decision about whether the event was right for me. I also felt uncomfortable with the level of pressure to consider financing options for the programme. My goal is to improve my financial position, so being encouraged to borrow such an amount did not sit well with me. I have no issue with companies charging for training, but I believe transparency is important. In my view, the costs of any higher-level programmes should be disclosed early in the event so attendees can decide whether it aligns with their budget and goals. The training contained useful information, but I left feeling that the sales process was not as transparent as I would have liked."
