I was using Traders Connect for months until MT4 and MT5 was removed, and had to try and find an alternative. Which i did, but the UI etc are terrible on the others (in my opinion). It's super fast execution. Really easy to configure. Really easy to add new accounts, and remove old accounts. Only thing i wish they'd implement is a feature i've seen on another one where you can link slave accounts to masters, rather than it always being linking a master then adding slaves. Aside from that tiny quality of improvement, it's amazing, and i wouldn't use anything else

Sep 8 2025, I got my half refund from them, still asking why I got only half. And I would like to change my review to 2 stars because the supports are helpful actually, but not the Billing team. Sep 1 2025, I was told to wait and will be contacted by them on last Friday, but didn't, an other disappointed again. Will keep this review until they refund me. ----- Aug 25 2025 Please check, I got many email record too, it’s impossible that you can’t search my account. Will also change back to normal review after the refund issue is done. Thank you. The billing team contacted me after 4… The billing team contacted me after 4 weeks the mt terminate issue. After replying their message and nothing happened again! And finally told me crypto are not refundable abs charges me both my profiles in tradersconnect on 17th July , what’s wrong with your company? Totally amount 446.8 + 809.26 in my profiles! Also the invoice were deleted by tradersconnect!

I’ve had a great experience with Traders Connect. It’s easy to set up and use. And the customer service is fantastic. I made a mistake confusing two of my accts and Griff was great help. And saw the issue through until we figured it out. I have several accts copying and will continue to add more.

They do not want to refund as they charged me for the normal app then after I tried connecting tradelocker they said I must use beta app . I used beta app then my trades got disconnected

UPDATED*** After the review and also in live chat after asking multiple times , I finally received the refund. They have cancelled MT5 Support which is the only use for me , Now they are withhelding my 100+ USDT funds with them without giving any Interest on it or refund. They are just holding their client funds as hostage and except to wait untill they resolve which is almost more than 6-8 weeks. It's truly a shame i used to recommened this platform to my friends and now this is the way they cheat on the customers

For me, the customer service is second to none. Shame about some of the poor reviews, mainly mt4/5 users though. I find the platform easy to use, fast and it does what it says on the tin.

Traders Connect proved to be a not serious organization. With a 48-hour notice they stopped supporting MT4 and MT5. When considering that MT4 and MT5 are the dominant platforms you can't claim you are a serious Copier if you can't support them. They haven't offered any reimbursement of subscriptions however small it could have been to users who had to leave them. There are other very good copier services. Select them. TradersConnect will argue it was out of their control. Explain it. Licensing issue? TradersConnect is finally divulging that the issue was not a technical one outside their control. It is due to a dispute, certainly about licensing. So, under their control if they had been licensed. They say they have not refuse to refund any amount. When you discontinue a subscription, they send you a questionnaire to find out the reason you quit. I did checked the box Other, explained it was due to their decision about MT, and asked for a refund. That was sent to them. This whole saga about MT is amateurism at best. I could only guess what was the problem related to MT because of TradersConnect lack of transparency. They failed lamentably to explain the real reason why they had to drop supporting MT. They just have to come clean on this. As far as the refund request made, the fact that my subscription has been cancelled proved they received this request providing the reason of my cancellation and my request for a refund however small it could be. It was for the principle. They failed at both.

They no longer support MT5 (and MT4). They only gave 48 hours warning before stopping copying trades. Some trades were left open. On top of that, they didn't even refund the subscription or cancel it. You have to contact them to cancel the subscription and can't do it through their website.

What can I say? I've been a loyal customer since October 2023, and everything was great—until a few days ago. They gave a 48-hour notice that MT accounts would no longer be supported—without any explanation or further communication. The issue is, I exclusively use MT accounts, so there's no reason for me to continue my membership, unfortunately. I deactivated all my accounts and requested a refund for the unused portion of my subscription (approximately 10 days). I never received a response, which I find disappointing, especially as a customer of nearly two years. I understand the MT situation may be out of their control—but not refunding unused time is unacceptable, particularly when I subscribed only for MT and MT services (which they cannot provide anymore).

I've been using TradersConnect for a few months now, but unfortunately, the problems have been getting worse each month. They never fix anything themselves — it's always my broker who's blamed. Today I lost hundreds of USD, and now the MT platforms aren't even supported anymore? Stay far away from this mess... Because of trades that weren’t closed — supposedly my broker's fault — I've already lost around $1,000, not to mention the monthly fees. I’m sure there are much better options out there than this! Update: You cant find me anymore coz I asked the support to delete my account and data, which he did within seconds after I refund back....

Very surprising behaviour , they just noticing you to close all your trades 1 day before, because they are no longer use MT platform .. and they are still charging you 1 month even if the copiers does not work anymore.. They really do not respect the customers , They should know that in trading you can not stop like that a copier without much time for finding an another solution ..

Interface is fairly easy to navigate n easy to understand, all accounts setup videos are on YouTube to help you do it yourself, but and even if you find it difficult to setup and are useless like me, the instagram support team is always here to help. Absolute legends.

Traders connect........ Enough said!! Been with traders connect a few months now and they offer for an amazing service. Customer support is great. Also, we run 20+ accounts and never had a problem!

Joined TradersConnect 2 months ago and since then a very good experience. Besides the support which is really helpfull, patient and nice, they have a good and clear portal and easy to navigate and their software, just perfectly do what it should!
