"This company is a scam. They charged my card even after I had already canceled my subscription. When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to log in to cancel my membership. However, this is impossible; every time I try to log in, the site just prompts me to sign up again without giving me any option to enter my credentials. This has been a terrible experience. If they do not issue a full refund, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank."
