"We took a look at the product and decided not to use it. They kept billing us and we did not realize they were doing so. We called to have it corrected, but they were unwilling to help. We have never used the product and I would think that it should be an easy matter to resolve."
"Purchased this software to track rentals.Company grew, and was offered an upgrade to 50 properties. Was told that I would be refunded the balance of my 3 year subscription (Only 1 year into subscription) Ordered the discounted P50 software only to find that they claim my refund was applied toward the P50 subscription. They made it look like you were getting a reduced price or deal, when in actuality, you were not. Beware this software company"
