"I've used this portal twice recently and for two different businesses. Both experiences have been incredibly slow, unresponsive and completely pointless. It does not reflect at all well on the businesses I am trying to connect with. Both premium luxury dining options that seriously need to stop using such a dire piece of software. It does not work!"

"Decent platform, but be cautious with the terms. The software itself is functional and served its purpose for a few years, but ultimately I found more suitable alternatives. One major drawback is the subscription model: while it appears to be a monthly plan, you’re actually locked into a full 12-month contract. I discovered this only after cancelling and was still required to pay for the remaining 8 months of the term, despite no longer using the service. I’d recommend reading the fine print carefully before committing.."

"We've been using Tripleseat since 2022, and it has been an effective Event Management tool from A - Z for our venues. Lead handling has proven highly efficient, with simple forms that make it easy for customers to provide all the necessary information. Our users also finds the platform easy to use, and it’s much faster to create and send proposals compared to other systems we've tried before. There are several useful features, including a powerful reporting tool that helps use data effortlessly. It's also great to see that Tripleseat continuously improves and evolves its platform. For our clients, the process is more professional, and we’ve noticed better conversion rates as a result. We can highly recommend Tripleseat."
"We've been using Tripleseat for a few months now, and so far, it's been a great product to streamline and track the source and type of clients making large group bookings in one place. We have 3 sites so it's also great to compare spending habits and also streamline internal communications to transfer bookings, if we're fully booked at one site but have availability at another, for example. We have full visibility at management level to make sure tone of voice for all guest communications are on brand, and that T&Cs are consistent across all sites. So far so good."
"I have been working with Tripleseat now for 5 months. Although learning the system initially was a little difficult after using it for this amount of time I am really starting to appreciate all of it's uses. They have 'Tripleseat University' for all user types which is super helpful when having venue management teams learning the basics of the system. They are regularly making improvements which get emailed out monthly once done. They really do take on consumer feedback which is always appreciated. Would I say the system was the absolute best out there? Probably not, BUT their development is ever changing and I definitely think that Tripleseat will be a leading platform in the restaurants and events sector. Tripleseat intergrates with a lot of platforms of which OpenTable and Sevenrooms. The only issue with this is that OT/SR takes data from Tripleseat but Tripleseat is unable to take data from SR/OT meaning if you have automated reservations set up on SR/OT they are not able to be automatically pushed to Tripleseat for events reporting purposes. Our account manager Katie is fantastic and always super helpful and always has the answer to some of my random questions I ask about the system even if it's more of a support team question. I have given 5 stars, purely just because of the fact that their customer service and understanding of consumer needs are of a high level."

"It's really helped to streamline my work flow and has changed the processes through which other departments interact with event data in a very positive way. Because of the speed at which I'm now able to manage leads and follow up on provisional bookings (we integrated tripleseat with sevenrooms which is a massive timesaver) we're now booking most of the available event timings each week. There are 10-11 events each week currently and the software makes my work a lot more efficient and gives me a much better overview of what's in the pipeline so I personally love it - it's a very useful tool."
"I have lots of experience with different venue booking & event management software, and by far this is the best one I've used in the last 20 years. I look after the sales of a restaurant collection with 4 properties. It is very user friendly for the team and easy to navigate. Makes responding to enquiries very quick, and for us, that has meant a huge increase in sales and customer service. Having the contract, function sheet and invoice all run from a master document, means that you only have to update 1 document to get all these files. Super quick, super easy, less admin. For those still using word & excel as your document templates; you will not regret moving to this. For those using other well known platforms; I would highly recommend swapping to this system for all the benefits of using Tripleseat (there are many more than what I've outlined above!). In addition, the Tripleseat team and support teams are super friendly and quick to respond."
