Please try again after some time.” A basic email signup should be one of the most reliable parts of any online service. If a company cannot even provide a working registration process or a clear explanation of what is wrong, that is already a massive red flag. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way support handled it. At first, they appeared to care and acted as if they wanted to help. But once it became clear that the issue was on their side, the attitude changed and I felt pushed away instead of properly assisted. This is not how a trustworthy company handles customers. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away."
