Ryobi Tools UK

"Sent out without the full address on so DPD couldn’t deliver….Had all my contact details but failed to verify the correct address. Then tried to blame me!"

"This is the second Ryobi power tool we have bought being very satisfied with the patio grouter, we decided to purchase an extending hedge trimmer which we found very easy to use. Delivery was quick with a time given and kept to."

"Speedy delivery ease of ordering online great service"

"Great price and quality product. The brushless brushcutter may light work of the reeds out on the trails"

"Excellent tool cleans the paving slabs perfectly."

"18V ONE+™ HP Cordless Brushless Leaf Blower Vacuum. A professional gardener's experience: Easy-ish ordering but would've prefered not to have used Klana (my first time) - their platform isn't the easiest to navigate for parcel delivery info. Despatch/delivery was good and didn't have to wait too long. The product. I ordered this leaf blower/vaccuum 'cause my OBV18 died. I thought that this item would be better due to the high power facility despite the lower price. I was wrong. As delivered the high power setting was roughly the same as the normal setting on my OBV18. The flared end of the vaccuum tube affected the vaccuum efficiency - I have now cut the flared end off the tube and repositioned the wheels and it is far better now (even on minimum power) and is now on par with the OBV18 - a pity I can't add pictures. The on/off button is a press pad which needs to be depressed for a couple of seconds before it starts - a bit irritating and would've preffered the instant OBV 18 trigger start. The collection bag is difficult to get on and off - would've preffered the OBV18 system (much easier and quicker). On a positive note, I liked the easy twist and pull removal of the handle unit from the tubes to clear a jamb from the fan and cutter. The collection bag is nice and big and has a loooooong zip which aids quick emptying. A 5amp battery lasts a little less than on the OBV18 but not a problem for me. Weight wise this tool is only a little heavier than the OBV18. So, a summary. If you're a handyman and modify the tool as I have done you will save a few pennies by not buying the OBV18. If you're not handy then spend a little more on the OBV18 which I recommend. All-in-all Ryobi would've done better by keeping the OBV18 design as much as possible and designing the high power facility within it (they could call it OBV18 ONE+HP), whilst keeping the OBV18 as a separate model in its own right. So, after the modifications, I am happy with this tool."

"The tool is good but a little to heavy for me at age 78"

"I was looking for a better rechargeable torch than the small items I already have. The R18L360 seemed to be an ideal model. Reading the previous reviews convinced me that it would be bright and flexible enough for all my needs. The fact that it came free with the purchase of a 4AH rechargeable battery and charger was really the icing on the cake. Perfect that it has a hanging hook built in. My only wish for an improvement is, as others have said, to have the option for each panel to be illuminated separately. Other than that, another excellent product from Ryobi. Ordering was simple and the delivery was very prompt. Thank you."

"hedge trimmer works very well good price good service delivered on time"

"Ordered Wednesday, arrived Saturday!!"

"The person on the phone that took my order was very friendly, polite and helpful. The order arrived in the time span that you gave me. So very pleased. We have a few Ryobi tools now and use them all the time."

"Great tool will be buying again"

"The tools are actually very good indeed. But trying to register them for the third year warranty is a complete joke. I have purchased most of my tools and batteries direct from Ryobi website and you would have thought they would automatically register them for the third year. Come on Ryobi please make it easier."

"Prompt order, and Prompt delivery, that's all customers want."

"As usual right tool right service again from purchasing"
