ANV Measurement Systems have always used world options for as far as i have worked with the company 8 plus years now the website is really easy to use and good changes over time not sure if i like the ticket system but my go to Antonia Holden i can call her anytime and she sorts all our Emergency's and become a good friend of mine very all the ball and so nice and re assuring on every issue we have with delivery's and i know things will always get sorted when she is involved we use UPS & DHL and both are fine most of the time.

I used World Options for some time. Badly organised company and replies to chasing up deliveries took forever. The final straw came when two charges were applied for £21.00 each which were not justified for shipments sent via UPS. And from reading the other reviews it seems many others have had to endure the same suffering as I. In order to query these charges, you are asked to (WASTE YOUR TIME) open a ticket and send photos of the package on a set of scales with a ruler in shot to show the size & weight. Then numerous messages back and forth to no avail. Despite doing as they ask, they beckon to UPS's charges and do not escalate in the customers favour and then insist you pay the charges. I requested a credit note but instead received a letter from their solicitor. That is the thanks you get for years of business. I received an email for the owner of the franchise during the time in which I queried these charges, in which he said “Firstly I totally understand you getting frustrated at UPS doing this all the time, you're not alone and the having to re-create the shipments is annoying as hell. I totally get it.” Clearly he does not. Do yourself a favour and use Parcel Force or DPD direct. You will pay a pound or two more but it is worth it for the peace of mind. And not having to waste your time as indicated. I just wish I had made this change sooner.

Since employing World Options Ltd. I have had the most amazing service in 25 years of exporting books around the world to collectors. I have been assigned a brilliant manager for my account who is so prompt and knowledgeable. I recently made an error in customs valuation on a very valuable package. My manager Tom Kennedy reassured me within minutes of my email reset the Customs declaration contacted FedEx who themselves reacted promptly and sorted the problem out for my customer in the Netherlands and it gave me so much peace of mind. I have been helped with our shipping for 8 years by Simon Douglas and Iain Hesketh. These guys are always extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They reply to my 'request for a quote' emails for tricky and large shipments immediately which I follow up with a booking due to their speed and in-depth shipping information. Even when I have a shipping question not related to a booking, these 'unflappable' chaps are more than happy to help. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to many more happy years together !
