UK Compliance Academy is a UK online training provider helping the people who work in home-to-school transport do their jobs safely, confidently and to a professional standard. Our flagship course, the UK Compliance Academy Professional Certificate in SEND Passenger Transport, is CPD Certified and written specifically for drivers, passenger assistants and transport coordinators who support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). What makes us different is focus. Most safeguarding and transport training is generic; ours is built around the real situations SEND transport staff face on every run: recognising hidden disabilities, communicating with non-verbal passengers and anxious parents, de-escalation on a moving vehicle, safe boarding, securement and handover, medical awareness, emergencies, and knowing exactly how to escalate a safeguarding concern. The ten modules are practical, evidence-based and written by practitioners, with inclusive imagery that reflects the passengers and staff our learners actually work with. Every learner who completes the programme earns a personalised certificate with a unique verification ID, so it stands as evidence of competence rather than proof of attendance. Employers, from transport operators to local authorities, can buy team places, assign learning with due dates, track completion live and pull any team member's certificate from one dashboard the moment an inspector asks. Our all-access membership keeps it simple: one annual price covers every course in the academy, including new courses released while your membership runs, with no hidden fees and the freedom to cancel any time. We only publish a course once it is finished and independently assessed, and the topics members ask for are the ones we write next. SEND passenger transport is where we started; more courses for the wider UK workforce are on the way. We believe compliance should never be an administrative burden. When organisations invest in competent people and effective systems, compliance becomes a natural outcome. Our UK-based team is here to help and replies within one working day.See more
