It operates quite slowly. Waiting for customer service to respond is embarrassing. It doesn't even load at times. The service provided has been subpar for the past few months. I would not suggest this software to anybody in the same way that I would extol Good merit,for everyone.

I wrote before a review abouth this thieves and I don’t understand why trustpilot deleted my review? Is it maybe the get their shares from those scammers. People please don’t trade in umarkets, the guy called Fabian, they are a bunch of thieves and don’t let people withdraw their money. Please stay away from this company. Forget about your loss and don’t pay those fake companies who claim they recover your money. You will only lose more money. If you already have deposited money, don’t waste your time trading. Consider your money as stolen. You won’t ever get it back. Stay safe, stay away!

Scam from the start, took my money cash deposite to bank, i traded on forex money exchange they added xtra money matching with my deposite, when i tried to withdraw they said my money used up only wortless tokens left accouns said it real money . Then when my trades were profitable against the english pound because of brexit, they doubled and trippeled the fees and reduced payout to the fake account, changing the rules, put 2,000 us dollars in got not one cent back. One day when i logged in the trading program was all in russian. Russia is famous for scammers. And they love to scam forigners. I logged out and in again it back in english. I reported it to scam watch australia. 10 yrs ago i still get calls offering to get my scammed money back for additional fees. I say if u know i was scammed it only cuz u did it . Its true the hang up straight away . And they telling other scammer about me and my phone number.
Today April 26, 2024 about 3:00 Philippines time I have a running Balance of USD 5,848, Equity of USD 14,701, Margin of USAD 7,750, Free Balance of USD 6,808 and Open P&L of USD 8,613. I have opened 30 "buys" and ranging from positive USD 700.00+ USD 30.00. At 4:00 same date of April 26, 2024 my account become negative USD 120.00 already but I noticed that what I opened USD/JPY continuously on "buy" mode and keep increasing. Really UMARKETS.ID is a "SCAM" THEY DUPED THEIR CLIENTS TO DEPOSIT AND DEPOSIT WITH SO MANY PROMISES OF GOOD RETURN OF INVESTMENT BUT ITS A HOAX. Do not trust and trade with Umarkets.id
i had started since october of 2021 with small amounts first. They are great actors and great scammers. More than a year ago I invested 1000usd, and after two months my broker disappeared at the time the war was starting. I have had an agreement with him that I will be trading half a year and than use my funds to pay my obligations. After my broker disappeared, I tried to contact the company many times to tears. Though called by the retention guy and asked to continue to trade I maintained on my right to get my funds back, but many months it id still delayed. I applied for the withdrawal so many times, but it is not yet done, my money did not arrive back on my bank account yet - exhausting, painful experience. I expect the company to apologize and to correct the situation right away. As this goes against any honest ethical behavior and shall be actually a matter of justice soon, as those money do not belong to the u markets but to me so I can decide what I want to do with it. The act of such a treason like to put me into a problem by making a mess out of my financial planning and almost a year witholding my withdrawal is unacceptable. This situation shall be remedied as soon as possible. It is not what company worthy of trust does. That shall be corrected.

Scam company, please stay away from this company, they refuse to give me my money, no reply from the support, I have about 500$ with them, of of the agent finally answer and he told me that I can't withdraw until I reach 100k, the worst experience.

10.09.2021: Samantha Hoffman from Umarkets called me and offered me a training in trading. I accepted the training. At the end of the training, she told me she could open an account for me to try trading. I needed to deposit 500 USD to activate the account but if I lost any money within 2 weeks, 500 USD would still be refunded to my bank account in full. An analyst would tell me where to click and I could earn 2,000 USD in 2 weeks. The terms were sent from her work email to my gmail. 13.09.2021: After I sent Hoffman all the requested paperwork (copies of my passport, utility bill, and Mastercard), she told me that an analyst would call me to set up a meeting. I asked her if she could be my analyst but she said no. 14.09.2021: I had the first meeting with Fabian Fontas. He gave me a short tour of the platform. Then he told me that he could be my VIP Manager if I deposited 10,000 USD. I said that I did not have 10,000 but he kept pressuring. After one hour, finally, I was frustrated enough and I asked him if he could guide me through a trade. He told me to make a trade on USD/CAD and said that he needed to leave for a minute. However, he did not come back at all that day. I had to make the rest of the trades on my own on my first day. 15.09.2021: I asked Fontas if we could have a meeting. He said yes. When we started the meeting, he apologized for leaving the day before because his friend was in a car accident. I showed him that I made some deals that resulted in loss but he said the loss was normal. He said that if I had had more money, I could have absorbed the loss more easily. He pushed me to deposit more money again. I told him again that I did not have money and I just wanted to try if I could make any profit from trading for 2 weeks. Then he told me to do one trade and the meeting ended. 16.09.2021: The deal of USD/TRY resulted in 165 USD in loss. I was petrified, so I asked him when exactly the insurance on my 500 USD would expire. He did not answer the whole day. 17.09.2021: The deal of USD/TRY resulted in 400 USD in loss. Fontas and I managed to meet. He told me to just hold the deal for a month and the deal would become profitable in a month. I told him that a month would just result in bigger loss and the insurance would not last a month. He replied that with more money I could take the loss and make more deals despite the loss. He pressured me the deposit more money again for the 10th time. I realized that I was bad at trading and trading would only waste more of my hard-earned money, so I asked him to close the account and refunded 500 USD. He said that 500 USD could not be refunded to me. I asked him why 500 USD could not be refunded to me. He did not give a reason. I told him that Hoffman told me that 500 USD would be returned to me if I decided so within 2 weeks. Fontas said that 500 USD could only be returned to the trading account and I must use that money to trade. He said that he could not transfer that money back to my bank account. I did not agree with that solution. Then he questioned me why I would open a trading account just to close it in 2 weeks and went on attacking my choices… Like a proper professional, he pressured me to deposit 10,000 USD to Umarkets again. 20-24.09.2021: I asked Hoffman via email to refund 500 USD to me. She did not respond the whole week. 17.09.2021: Fontas asked if I could talk. I asked him if he could refund 500 USD to me before we talked. 18.09.2021: Fontas told me the refund was done and to check my account. I logged in Umarkets and the balance was 500 USD. I tried withdrawing all of 500 USD. Hoffman told me on 10 September 2021 that the transfer would take one banking day. But of course I got this notification: “Your withdrawal request has been accepted and submitted for processing. Automatic withdrawal on your account is currently unavailable. It will be processed manually by one of our managers. Please contact your account manager for more details.” I could not withdraw 500 USD at all. 19.09.2021: Fontas called me. I did not give him a chance to ask for more deposit this time. I told him immediately to process the withdrawal. He told me that he could not do that technically and continued his rant as usual. I tried to tell him to process the withdraw again but he kept talking loudly so I must hang up to protect my ears. September 2021 - May 2022: Umarkets called me non-stop through multiple phone numbers, disturbing my peace greatly. 02.06.2022: Emet Reid emailed and texted me this: "Dear trader due to account inactivity and unanswered calls your account will be automatically enrolled to auto-trading." I tried removing my Mastercard details from Umarkets but it was not allowed... I asked Reid to stop harassing me after stealing my money but he kept emailing me and claimed that he "offered help". Not only does Umarkets steals your money, it terrorizes you months afterwards :(

Umarkets took my money yesterday and now refusing to give it back to me as I am not happy with their programme. Their trick is to offer you bonuses and recover them from you without letting you know. You will not get support or guidance and they will keep asking you to add money into your account and they are good at it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNREGULATED COMPANY. Find a better one.
