"If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT WORK OR ASSOCIATE WITH THIS BROKER. They withheld my funds for months - refusing to pay. Ignoring calls and messages and claiming they’re too busy. On one of my trading accounts they have been charging daily ‘administration fees’ due to a large loss within the company and are trying to recover by creating illegal transactions. This broker may seem legitimate but every move is illegal and calculated. Their communication skills are below par and unprofessional. I will be ensuring that no one I know associates with them and am glad to have cut ties. Appalling."

"This is my 6th review of this company. They took all my reviews down for speaking the truth. I have all the evidence of how they are holding my deposited funds without any reason, and their team is also not replying to me. Trading Account Number: 21878557 Their Trading Team, Customer Support, and Manager Milos T are all not replying to me. When I tried contacting Manager Milos on his WhatsApp, he immediately blocked me. Instead of solving my problem, he is just not replying to me and not solving my issue. It's been more than 7 months since this issue started, and there has been no single reply after I provided them with my KYC. They always reply team is looking into it, and then they don't reply for months. I have all the evidence of emails and the efforts to contact the manager milos. I then asked the team to terminate my account and release my funds, as it is my right according to Section 9.3a of the customer agreement: any party can ask for the termination of the account. But they are just not replying to me and have asked for KYC; I provided them, but still no response. They are holding my hard-earned money. Release my Funds immediately. Your info team asked me to contact the trading team; both are not responding at all."

"Over 5 months later and still no resolution. My experience with VT Markets has been extremely disappointing. My account has now been under “review” for more than five months. During this time, I have been prevented from placing trades and, more importantly, have been unable to withdraw any funds—including my original deposit. I have contacted support countless times and continue to receive the same generic response: that my case is being investigated and will be resolved shortly. Unfortunately, months have passed without any meaningful update, explanation, or timeline. I’ve also left multiple Trustpilot reviews documenting this issue over the past several months, so prospective customers can see the history for themselves. Each time, VT Markets has publicly responded with similar generic assurances that the matter is being looked into and will be resolved soon. Despite those responses, nothing has materially changed. At one point, I was even asked to provide my account number and UID so my case could be investigated. After providing the requested information. Which I did, that only added to the frustration and significantly reduced my confidence that my case was actually being investigated. I fully understand that compliance reviews may occasionally be necessary. However, preventing a client from accessing both their trading account and their own funds for more than three months, while providing no meaningful communication or resolution, is unacceptable. I genuinely hope VT Markets uses this review as an opportunity to finally resolve this matter. I would much rather update this review to reflect a positive outcome than continue documenting months of delays and unanswered concerns."

"My trading account has been placed in Read Only mode and I still have not received a clear explanation. This concerns a high-value account with approximately EUR 100,000 deposited. I have contacted VT Markets many times. Support keeps telling me that my case has been escalated and that my Account Manager will contact me “as soon as possible”, but I still have not received direct contact, a clear timeline, or a proper explanation. I can see multiple trading accounts connected to my client profile, including MT4 accounts ending in 8836 and 9602. However, I have not received a clear explanation regarding the status, balance, equity, or trading history of all accounts. Customer Support confirmed that the account is in Read Only mode, but also stated that they cannot explain the reason and that only the Account Manager can handle it. I am requesting urgent contact from VT Markets Account Management or Compliance to explain: 1. Why my account is in Read Only mode. 2. The status, balance, and equity of all trading accounts connected to my profile. 3. Full account statements and transaction/trading history. 4. A complaint reference number. 5. Direct contact from the responsible Account Manager or Compliance department. I can provide my full details privately to VT Markets through Trustpilot or directly to Compliance. I will update this review if VT Markets contacts me and resolves the issue properly. After there response still nothing is FIXED"

They held me money for over 2 weeks and to this day (over 2 months) i still havent gotten my deposit back. NO ONE TRUST THESE THIEVES! CAUTION! "Horrible trading experience. Just deposited yesterday 100 £ ,2 times 50£ ,i did 110 ,and they say is suspicious. Traded as any other time. If you lose nothing is wrong they just take your money ,even theyre SL doesnt work. Avoid at any cost. Withdraw you money from this platform. They say that my profits are suspicious but wast only my profits ,i deposited 50 ,lost i deposited next 50 and made 110 so was not all profits but they removed all my money. I sent the email and they replyed but saying that suspicious activity. Not explaining what was suspicious ,but nothing is suspicious . They just steal your money. "They make withdrawals as hard as possible.Mind you, trading is already hard but they will give you additional headaches by just making it almost impossible to withdraw by adding extremely vague and highly complicated withdrawal methods and deducting a significant fee whenever you use their method.I would have given them -10 if it was possible.How come a broker has only one withdrawal method?I was even asked to provide my entire Identification documents when I tried to withdraw.They were okay with my identification documents when I deposited but when I tried to withdraw I was asked to provide everything from scratch.I don't suggest anyone to use this Broker.They will turn you broke.The only reason I signed up with them is because I saw they are partners with Newcastle United.I will notify them too."

"Another disappointing attempt at trying to reach out to all their customer, service teams, and email lines as well as telegram. Everyone can see from the reviews I’ve left and the updates that they share for themselves that they do not take any action only copy and paste the same response to each of the reviews. Currently almost 4 months without any responses or actions on my frozen account funds. Not even the ability to withdraw what I deposited or even access my account. Hoping they get back to me soon before I pursue legal options, and take this to the media. Such a shame I know there are some huge Trading communities that use VT Markets. I hope they fix this. Clear scam, closer to a Ponzi scheme than anything else judging by their actions. If you care about making money, I want to have a good Trading experience, please read all my reviews, as well as everyone else else’s one star reviews. Save yourself a headache find a better broker.
