I needed money quickly and they provided it faster than I thought possible. The interest was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Really bad business practice. I worked for a charity theatre called the Nuffield for several years. It closed down during the pandemic. Just went to look at the website and these people have literally hijacked it written about payday loans all over the website but kept the original theatre template so it looks like the theatre is the one offering payday loans! Looking at other reviews it’s very clear they buy up websites that come up for renewal and quickly quickly put in advertisements for their own payday loans. I have contacted the financial Ombudsman as this is highly illegal.
This 'company' hijacks websites to advertise their dodgy loans. Came across their link on a college website. Have informed the college. I know times are hard, but make things easier for yourselves by staying clear of this company!
The sites URL is being imbedded in our old website domain to send traffic to their site by hacking. Clearly a company not to be trusted, beware. Their website as states... up to 1625.5% APR and registered offices are just PO box addresses, one director based in portugal, dormant co accounts... but all sorts of referances making them out to sound like a proper outfit. Be very careful with these people.
Avoid!!! Just tried to scam me! I made an application for a loan, it redirected me to another site. It asked for my bank details and then immediately tried to take £79.89 without informing me it was going to take it. I have now had to cancel my card and get a new one as some random has my details to try take money at will! Total fraudsters my bank will be reporting them to the fraud team and investigating this unauthorised transaction. Its all screenshotted. What an absolute scam!
Absolutely disgusting customer service skills and poor professionalism. I would not trust this company with a plant.
Fast and easy to apply, was a simple process all round, will use again if needed.
This was the best lender I've used. They were really good with refunding me, very easy to deal with.

i know by now that some payday loans are better than others... the best in the market for me are: MR LENDER, 247 MONEYBOX, CASHASAP, SAFETY NET CREDIT...the worst from my previous experience are: MYJAR, PEACHY LOANS(dodgy company based in LITHUANIA not UK), WAGEME, OAKAM...Amazing service provided...Not only they got through my application carefully, they replied by 12pm when i made the application at 5am same day!! They replied to me by email and sms...Which is nice...they couldn't give me the full amount i applied for but at least they didn't refuse right away my application like one of the worst company around:MYJAR!! thank you WDA!! I haven't yet accepted your offer but still...you gave me a great service when i needed it so thanks for that!!
Raised a irresponsible lending complaint mid November 2018 and had a email at 8 weeks saying they require another 8 weeks. The 2nd 8 weeks has passed and I have had no response to my queries. I see the company is now in administration. I still expect a reply however. I will be referring to FOS. The delays and lack of response are very unprofessional. They never carried out credit checks so the FOS will rule in claimant's favor.
Complete joke when I comes to customer service ... made a complaint and have now waited 13 weeks on an outcome... when you phone the complaints team you effectively just get cast aside and told to wait on an email ... do not use . Stay well away

It is a very trustworthy company. They do what they advertised and more important, they care about you and your problems. Very comprehensive workers. Please feel free to use them.
delay tactics, deadline after deadline missed with same generic response re affordability complaint. Obvious tactic to try and make you give up. Don't hold your breath for a response, forward to Ombudsman as soon as you can!
Raised a complaint middle of November. Usual generic response. At 8 weeks said they needed another 8 weeks or I can escalate it to the FOS. Wouldn’t bother going through wageday advance complaints procedure, just head straight to the FOS. And for every case the FOS has to deal with wageday advance have to pay a fee of a few hundred pound

i have been waiting for my final response to my complaint for over 6 months now i had a email saying i would get my final response by february before the end now we’re near the end and still no response email after email saying they need to exstend my complaint. very disappointed and frustrated. all the information from borrowing to lending is all there for them to see it’s not hard to look. i understand they have a back log but my complaint was put in over 6 months ago
