"I ordered 2 pair of sandals. Took exactly one month to get here. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but clearly were not honest about when the shoes would arrive. They got here today and I am in disbelief. The sandals are plastic, hard, so tacky and they STINK! I really got duped on this purchase. Too bad you can’t leave reviews on the shoes themselves. They are so far from orthopedic standards, it’s comical. Definitely won’t be buying anything from them again."

"If I could help anyone from purchasing from this company this is why I am posting this review. My review is, DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The "HIGH" QUALITY PRODUCTS they claim to sell are cheap plastic material that smell like urethane chemicals and it is so poorly made it doesnt even fit properly. Upon requesting my purchase price to be refunded the only offer they have is 20% back and when you tell them no they reply via email saying basically since you refused they cant make a satisfactory agreement with you. Oh and nope they dont take returns at all. Of course they don't the only place for them is the trash can. Total misrepresentation of quality and the product is terrible. They claim to be orthopedic products also and that is another misrepresentation. Do not purchase, it is a scam you wont be happy and you will loose your money."
