"I purchased Alt Grand by Westwood over a week ago and contacted support because I was unable to properly resolve and use the VST. The only response I received was an automated confirmation that my request had been received. Since then, I have had no actual response, no troubleshooting help, and no resolution. For a paid product, that is unacceptable. A developer selling professional instruments should provide timely and effective customer support, especially when a customer cannot properly use the product they purchased. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this product or the support behind it."
