"Not goob salesman wark very bad customer service jeddha branch branch"
"Really poor website options for selecting items. Exceptionally high prices for mediocre products. So much available to the owner with limited input in the stores. Avoid at all cost! Like buying gas from BP. Both bastards are ruining the planet"

"If there is a negative star, they deserve that I have a bug a big huge black bug in my breast today. Ridiculous. This is the Orland Park location, Illinois."

"I purchased an item online for an in-store pick up. I didn't look in the bag , assuming I was picking up what I ordered. It was the wrong item. When I went back to the store to exchange it, they said it was a 3rd party item and they couldn't honor an exchange, even though they had the coreect item in stock. I bought what I needed and still have the incorrect item. Whole Foods seriously doesn't have the capability to process an even exchange. I wanted the blue tongue scraper, not the pink and now I have two. Whole Foods is just like Amazon, a company that takes zero accountability."

"For years I’ve been buying organic food in Whole Foods store Danbury , and I can clearly see the decline in quality. What I bought today made me furious! Cal-Organic Farms radishes grown with PRIDE and INTEGRITY was the claim on the pack. But inside I found nothing to be proud of.. all radishes were rotten or empty inside or just full of water after probably being frozen. The worst was the taste. Those were not bitter and crunchy for the salad that I planned to use them for.. those were wet tasteless fiber .. not even close to the radishes I used to buy.. And fresh organic cucumbers … another big disappointment! They lost their original taste too! Just the price and the crunchiness are left! What a misery for those who love green salads with fresh clean produce every day! Worst quality since my first negative review some years ago. Probably visiting local farmers will bring better result than organic non eatable produce from Danbury Whole Foods.. And I’m not even talking about their “fresh” fish.. it’s another big problem to be discussed.. Very frustrating experience.. Stay away from that type of produce !"

"Very disappointing and mis-managed store (McKinney, TX) During my most recent visit, which will probably be my last: 1. Almondmilk shelf filled with cartons set to expire the next day. 2. Meat & seafood counter clerk with little knowledge of what was there. Best he was qualified to do was cut a portion for sale. 3. Very poor selection and quantity of fish. Even the advertised sale items had one/two skimpy pieces available. 4.Wifi which barely worked preventing me from pulling up the 1-time QR Amazon code for discounts. 5. Health products with a price above list and higher than what Amazon website says Whole Foods lists it for sale. 6. Check-out clerk that acknowledged that they never get timely truck deliveries. 7. They are building a ton of apartments nearby. The place should be busy, but is not. Not worth the trip, especially with better stores nearby."
"Sage the AI bothead wouldn't let me through when it got to the diversity section. I put my true race on it, and it wouldn't move forward. Quite frankly, for a PT position I decided to call the store and talked to the Mgr. of that dept. She stated they had no positions opened."
"bought a bag of black mussels, about 30 in the bag. All but 4 were unopened. Not safe to eat. Bought a bag of two celery hearts. The centers of both were rotted."
"I bought a prepared meal ½ price because it was on the “sell by” date. After eating the meal that night I checked the receipt out of curiosity and found they charged me full price. At customer service the next day I was lectured that I should have informed the cashier, that I should have checked the receipt before leaving the store, and I was supposed to bring the meal back. Three lectures, no apology. (BTW the receipt is emailed.) When I asked nicely how I could return an eaten meal, she rudely walked away. While Foods used to be good. Now it sucks for many reasons but this was the last straw. I’ve told the story to everyone I know. It points to poor management. BTW, HEB is consistently great. (Date below approximate.)"

"I visited Whole Foods, and I was unpleasantly surprised by the cashier. When I mentioned my Amazon Prime membership to apply a discount I knew existed. he dismissed it insisting I had no discount. Even when 1 reiterated that my membership is linked ta my card, he repeated there was nothing. Meanwhile, the next customer was kindly asked about their membership. When I returned with a photo clearly showing the discount (which was about 8-10 dollars), he showed no reaction, as if it was routine. This gave me the impression that short-changing customers might be a norm there, and the lack of honesty is what frustrated me most"

"I've been meaning to write this note for quite a while! I've visited the Irvine Spectrum Whole Foods store many times, and it's always a joy to see Dave in the Whole Body department. He is truly a gem, and I hope store leadership recognizes the tremendous value he brings to both customers and the whole store team! As someone who's spent years leading teams and building customer experiences, I know how rare it is to encounter an individual with both exceptional product knowledge and genuine human interaction! I've come to trust Dave's recommendations wholeheartedly b/c his understanding of wellness, and nature's role in supporting overall well-being is remarkable. I trust him. He's always spot on. What stands out most, though, is his calm, welcoming presence. Dave is patient, professional, and deeply committed to helping people. I've watched him go above and beyond for customers, often assisting with products far beyond his own department. Dave is the kind of person who quietly builds trust, loyalty, and community. Whole Foods is incredibly fortunate to have a team member of his caliber- you simply don't meet people like Dave very often! Dave--- thank you. We always appreciate you and hope you and your wonderful family are thriving and well!"

CANCELLATION, AND TODAY IS SUNDAY...THIS IS F'd.....it was to be A FATHER'S DAY SURPRISE. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. BTW...THEIR CHICKEN SUCKS REALLY BAD...DRIED OUT AND SKIMPY. Upvote"

"Their meat counter features lots of signs boasting “organic” and “grass fed.” What it doesn’t say is “prime.” So you’re paying prime meat prices for USDA choice. GTFO."
"Store manager racially profile, black female worker and had a police officer to escort her from the store this needs to be investigated. The video is posted all over TikTok and other various social media sites."

"My husband and I have been buying the fruit tart from Whole Foods for many years. When we first started purchasing it, it was only $14.99 and was loaded with a variety of fresh fruit. Over time, the price has increased significantly to $26.99, but unfortunately the quality has not kept up. The amount and variety of fruit on the tart have noticeably decreased, making it feel like it is no longer worth the higher cost. We have always enjoyed this product, but we are disappointed by the reduced value compared to what it used to offer."

"The store is clean and well-lit, which I appreciate. But the layout can be a bit confusing I always end up walking past the same section twice before finding what I need. Checkout is usually fine, though it gets slow during peak hours. Parking is hit or miss depending on the location. Not bad overall, just room for improvement."

"I don't think it's asking too much to label prepared food if it is spicy. I got shrimp salad from the dinner section. It didn't say anything about spice nor did the server say anything. It tasted terrible, like some sort of Indian spice. I tried to wash it off but it made me sick. I won't do that again."

"I've been ordering online for about a year and lately they have been ripping me off. Or they just want to get rid of me. There prices are too high, they don't usually have what I want, and I don't like all of their food. They say that they delivered and they didn't, so I reported it to customer service and Amazon gave me another order, well guess what, they didn't deliver that one as well but said they did. I guess if they wanted to get rid of me they succeeded. I don't know how they can get away with this, but they did. I like the ease of ordering online so I will find another store."

"I keep buying these Persian cucumbers which even if I check before if they r soft and inedible, they immediately become rotten in my refrigerator in just 1 day. Too bad that NAFTAs Mexican farmers cannot find other naive buyers like us... Why doesn't Whole foods or Amazon apply for government subsidies to buy from American farmers who struggle now???"
"I don’t know who WF is using for Almond Croissants this year. The new recipe is dreadful - like lead. Right next to them were turnovers which were flakey as the croissant should be!!!!! Dreadful texture."
