"The ice maker stopped working completely after approximately 17 months, no cooling and no water feed to the ice maker. When I contacted the seller, they refused to process the warranty claim unless I paid for an independent expert report to prove an original defect. Under Swedish and EU consumer law, defects that appear within the first two years are presumed to be the seller’s responsibility, and consumers may not be required to pay for such reports. The seller instead relied on German law (§477 BGB) and declined to handle the claim further. The matter had to be escalated via Amazon."
"The refrigerator hasn’t worked properly since the very first day I used it. Everything inside is constantly wet, and the seller is a complete ignoramus. The customer service is a bad joke — they suggest sending it back even though they know the shipping costs are almost the same as the price of the fridge. It seems that’s their modus operandi: they sell you a faulty product and hope you only start using it after the free return period expires, which makes sense considering the nature of the item — and then they just brush you off. I strongly advise against buying this product. I don’t believe the positive reviews before mine…"

"I ordered Kesser Kitchen Bin from this horrible company. Simply they are scamming people! I ordered for the bin on 8th June through Amazon and in order confirmation email the delivery date was 12 June. On 11 June I got notification that the product has been delivered. But to my utter surprise there was no package when I arrived home! I contacted with the seller several times but it seems they don't care about if you have got the product or not! Every time I had to reach out to them to get feedback from their side about the delivery. They simply do not care about the customer. Worst company ever! Such a shameful act from a company. "Issue not resolved as of today… terrible customer service, impossible to talk to a real person. I ordered an air conditioning unit on Amazon . The order was TWO packages (1/2 for outside unit and 2/2 for inside unit). I received package 1/2 but not package 2/2. Instead I received a second package 1/2… For almost one month now, I’m trying to get a resolution to the problem they created as I cannot install my air conditioning unit because I’m missing part of the order (the inside unit)… they would not send the other part of my order until I send back the unit they sent by mistake… but they are delaying sending DPD to pick up the package sent by error. I did everything they asked me to do, and still no resolution in clear view… terrible, do not order there."
