"This company has intentionally tried to him me after I asked them to adjust my strategy, theyvhad a law co many file a motion filled with lies to drop my case , said I was offered a settlement to the courts when none was offered to me . Please be aware."
"State financial helped me tremendously with my Merchant Cash Advances."

"Very bad experience, I paid them $21000, and they paid to my creditor only $6000, they stolen $ 14000, They are lied to me what deal they made. So, they put me in position that I have to pay now directly to my MCA, $ 20000. Those people are liar, and they are making very bad deal. I have to lawsuit them."
"If I could give 0 stars i would, I wish I would have done better research on having them “try” to help. Don’t believe what they tell you. Filing for bankruptcy is my only choice now due to them not helping at all."
"Thieves. Signed up and had 5 MCA'a enrolled in their negotiation program but they refused to engage with any of my creditors until after my payments for their retainer had cleared?? I signed up on May 27 but they didn't even contact any of my MCA until June 12th! They stole $9,000 of my money and the one "settlement" they say they negotiated was done by me directly with my MCA lender because they kept telling me not to contact my creditors but they wouldn't either. Needless to say I had to pull 3 of the 5 MCA creditors out of the program to deal with them directly because State Financial waited nearly 3 weeks (3 payments) before contacting anyone. The only one they contacted was one lawyer representing 2 MCA's and they were eager to settle, but after I fired State my MCA's said State's negotiator from Caridi PC had only contacted them once. Worse when I got the settlement after there were liens placed on my credit card processor, the negotiator from Caridi PC said I needed to go borrow money to satisfy the stipulations of the settlement agreement because they did the best they could. After researching I found that they used to go by BA Financial, but after so many bad review from stealing money from clients they changed their name to State Financial. Suffice it to say all my accounts go locked up with liens, and my business was ruined by enlisting this company for help. Stay away from State Financial."
