My account was liquidated due to a massive technical error where a Gold (XAUUSD) trade was executed at $2399.789, while the actual market high was only $2345. This $53 discrepancy is a clear pricing glitch that the broker refuses to acknowledge. Furthermore, they advertise 'Typical Spreads' of $0.39, but I was consistently charged up to $2.30 (5.9x higher), which unfairly drained my margin. I have reported this to Action Fraud (NFRC) and the FCA. If you value your capital, be very careful with their platform's integrity." The situation occured on 13th of MAY 2024.
