Very good to understand getting started with my insurance
Very helpful folk to helped me get the insurance on my car sorted - thanks. Full Marks to the two people who I connected with.
Went through the whole process on line, multiple policies to choose from found the one that best suited me, completed all the questions asked, paid…job done it was that easy.
Booked car & home insurance online. Combined discount was a factor in making decision.
Always a good option and price even against the smaller businesses that try to under cut the larger ones. Very simple process and far less questions to answer which is welcomed!
First class and totally efficient Thank you
I have been with Admiral for the past two years and Iam happy with everything. I currently have both my cars covered by Admiral
Great price. Needed to make a slight ammendment to the policy after and it was taken care of, no problem
🥳🤩🥳🤩🥳🤩good
Admiral is a major scam. I purchased a car in 2023 through Auto Trader and performed all necessary checks; the vehicle was certified as perfect with no issues. In 2025, when I listed the car for sale on the same Auto Trader website, it suddenly appeared registered as a Category S (Structural Damage) write-off. After investigating the matter with Auto Trader and Experian, it was revealed that Admiral had recorded this write-off in 2024, approximately one and a half years after my purchase. Admiral admitted they made a mistake by updating their records two years after the car was actually involved in an accident. They offered me £1,400 in compensation, but they have refused to take full responsibility and cover my entire financial loss, which amounts to £12,000 Admiral lack of due diligence in updating vehicle records and then offering insufficient compensation is not acceptable and shows a lack of professionalism.
Fast efficient know there stuff will call back if they need

Awful travel insurance provider. I made a claim within 1 week of my return from holiday when i realised i've lost my designer sunglasses and Airpods. i was told my claim was rejected because it wasn't made within 24 hours. Please tell me who's going to realise they've lost a non-essential item/belonging within 24 hours of a return holiday? Bare in mind, I've provided all proof and documentation they've asked for to substantiate my claim. No my claim has been thrown out, I'm left out of pocket on sunglasses and Airpods which was the whole reason why I paid for Gadget cover in the first place!! What's the point if paying for travel insurance if it doesn't do what it says on the tin? Waste of money. Do not bother using Admiral. Go somewhere else.
