We bought 3 units begin of summer. ( not the first time I ordered and installed airton units ). 2 of 3 arrived not working ( compressor not starting), we had to send them back, since we sent them back no news. only feedback is we will have more information when they will be checked but when we don't know. For me AIRTON is ok if you don't have any issue with it. If there is a problem then you have to keep in mind it can go away for several months...

Quick delivery Very easy to install. Works very well Cable from internal unit to external unit is a bit short for the 6m it should be.

Attention ! Le site web promettait un délai de livraison de 5 à 7 jours. C'était il y a 11 jours ! Si jamais je reçois les produits, je les évaluerai également. J'ai envoyé un e-mail, mais ils m'ont ignoré. Peut-être répondront-ils à un avis négatif en ligne… Beware! The website promised 5 to 7 days for delivery. That was 11 days ago! If I ever receive the products, I will review them too. I have emailed and they have ignored me. Perhaps they will respond to a negative online review... Mise à jour du 18 juillet J'ai reçu cette réponse. Toujours aucune information concrète ! Update 18th July. Have just received this response. Still no information!

I had to cancel my order within a few days of ordering. Airton refunded the full amount I had paid without any argument. As always, the proof of an integrity of a company is how they treat their customers when something goes wrong. Airton behaved impeccably. As such, I have no hesitation recommending them and would certainly order from them in the future.

We bought the airton air-conditioning unit on recommendation. Delivery was as scheduled. The unit looks very neat on the wall; is easy to programme both at home and via WiFi when away from the house. Very effective and good value for money. Would buy again.

The price was very competitive. I particularly liked the ease of fitting the coolant pipes. Just one point to watch - I read only the main manual and forgot about the additional information sheet. So failed to read that you must use the hex key to open the valves on the compressor. So the system ran, without heating or cooling. After some head-scratching I spotted the problem and all was well!

I ordered the units on Friday. However it was sent only next Thursday.... - 6 days just to send it it is not acceptable. On the website it said that it should be done within 24 or 48 hours... Next step is delivery - the company Schenker just failed to deliver on the scheduled day (May 31st) keeping silence for 4 days... I have to call 5 times for 3 days to get it founded and delivered.. by the other company..Its a mass... really!
