I started a van policy on the 1st September, they then proceeded to cancel the policy on the 3rd September but didn't think it was a good idea to tell me. 3 weeks later I found out, and when I called them they're answer was 'don't worry, there is no charge'. If you don't want to get pulled over for no insurance, DO NOT USE THEM"

I had to go home and find on old document to phone ; by that time it was 12.10 and you would not allow me to renew . The new policy is over twice the price which I will be cancelling once I have time to arrange alternative cover. Very poor service."
