Very annoying automated telephone which takes too long to get through and the people you speak to can be very hit ans miss with the service. One guy i spoke to sounded like he had given up the will to live. And the pricing was not competitive. Very disappointing for a long time customer

I rang Autonet to amend my current policy to change my vehicle. I was told I would have to take a new policy out! Why? when i just needed to amend it. As the new quote was over 30% more than other leading Insurance Brokers. Obviously I am no longer a Autonet Customer. Shocking servive from a provider I was with for a number of years. They also need to change there telecom provider as its not fit for purpose! Ill wait for there pre-scripted reply!
