Afters weeks and a couple dozen emails, BackMarket has proved incapable of solving the issue -I was happy to accept reimbursement and send back the phone. It looks like the phone had been stolen and put up for sale and BackMarket seems content to accept the fact."

I then payd more and ordered another phone with an upgrade included, but i got another model without the upgrade, so much cheaper model. Customer service initially acknowledged the error and promised a small compensation. However, after I raised additional issues, they withdrew the compensation instead of resolving the problems. I was left with no reasonable options and risked losing my data during the process in order to return the phone and they would leave me without any phone… The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Communication was poor, promises were not kept, and customer support seemed completely disconnected , asleep, from the issues they were supposed to solve. I would not recommend this company."
