"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zenith. The owner is extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. When we went on a day trip to Venice, he kindly packed breakfast for us to take on the road, which was a very thoughtful gesture. He also gave us a complimentary beach umbrella. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, the promenade, shops, Lidl, and everything you may need. We highly recommend Hotel Zenith and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Staying at Camera a Palermo has been an absolute delight! We stayed in the Luca room. It was spotlessly clean, air conditioned, with a comfy bed, good strong shower, toiletries provided and fridge in the room. It is in a great location for all amenities but also a quiet street - we were very comfortable there. We were served a very tasty breakfast on the terrace each morning, made up of Silvia's delicious home made cooking - it really set us up for the day!😊 Silvia was so very kind, warm and welcoming to us and went over and above our expectations to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks so much again Silvia for your hospitality x"
"B&B Toringo outside Lucca in Tuscany Rosa and Riccardo's B&B was wonderful. A great location just outside the main town of Lucca. My room was very well appointed, tastefully presented and beautifully clean. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of fresh produce and Rosa is a very sweet lady, who took great care to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Tutto perfetto!"

"Booking cancelled due to overbooking. The platform is directing me to the hotel for the refund, while the hotel confirms they never received any payment. I have the receipt showing the charge was processed. At this point, no one is taking responsibility for the refund or clearly indicating how I can recover the money already paid. I expect a clear answer and a prompt resolution to this situation."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this B&B. The property is beautifully designed, stylish, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the shower was excellent. The location is perfect – very central, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, short drive to the beach. I also appreciated the secure private entrance, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Great host very helpful and accommodating. The property is beautifully located and has great facilities and stunning views of the lakes-you can actually see 3 lakes from the terrace. The pool was also a great facility very clean and is saline treated so no chlorine. Location for sight seeing is also superb. We stayed 2 nights and if we could we would have stayed a 3rd but there was no availability. Highly recommended."
