I like the fact that you all keep in communication up with my finance which is still the same with no changes. I dont like that you all keep calling when nothing has changed. Money is still coming out of my account so I don't know what's the issue for all the calls. its been over ten years I am paying according to the rules and regulations, I believe that payment should be stopped. you all are causing emotional and mental stress which I dont need in my life right about now, I going through with a lot at the moment with my health. this is an additional stress now right now. could it be stopped please and thanks because money is being paid.

Shocking! Very poor and disgraceful service and unprofessional behaviour. Threatening to send Orbit to my rented home. I’ve been paying regularly 😡 Trying to forward them photos..Their server threw them out 😡 Date of experience with this company isn’t valuable because it’s been going on for a long time! Told them to come to my home! I have proof of paying monthly. I have nothing. I don’t even have a bed to sleep on. Reading the reviews.. They should be ashamed of themselves 🤢😡 I have health issues. Fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel in both hands, onset arthritis in both hands. I had 2 thriving businesses. In 2020 I had a hysterectomy and in 2021 had to have complications surgery and still having issues 😢. In May 2023 I lost my dog, July 2023 my partner, October 2023 my loved pig. In February 2024 my mum had a heart attack… she was in hospital until she died in September 2024 💔 I had a breakdown and trying to claw myself out. This company has not been empathetic in anyway. I’ve paid every month
