"Tried to open a company account. The application form did not work on desktop. Clicking any field jumped the page to the bottom, the password field was locked, and it would not progress past step 1 with no error message shown. Nothing told me what was wrong. It just refused to move. I opened a chat at 1:27pm. The bot told me it was connecting me to the next available representative. At 3:33pm, after more than two hours of waiting, the bot ended the chat on its own without ever connecting me to anyone. I had to start over. Second attempt got me a human at 3:37pm. What followed was 45 minutes of clear your cookies, try another browser, use incognito, remove your extensions. I did all of it, on two different machines. The form stayed broken, because the form was the problem. At one point the agent told me step 2 was the funding method, when I was actually on the company details page, so we were not even discussing the same screen. Then my password manager got blamed. I uninstalled it. The field was still locked. At 4:01pm I was transferred to a second agent with no handover, so I explained the whole thing again from the start. The final advice, three hours after I first made contact, was to abandon the web application and start again from scratch on the mobile app. The same application works fine on their mobile app. But considering the number of fields they need for the company and verification, it took me over 30 minutes. On a phone keyboard. Typing bank account details and company details into a form that was clearly built for a desktop I was not allowed to use. It got done in the end, though the app made me set up phone verification, authenticator, SMS and a trading PIN four separate times. Four. I now have several dead authenticator entries I have to work out how to clean up. We are now over 4 hours for the full process for investing as a company. To be fair, both agents were polite and neither was rude to me. But polite is not the same as useful, and no one in four hours managed to work out that the fault was on their side, not mine. First interaction of a relationship where they would hold my company's money. Not a confidence builder. I am going to a competitor, not interested in having this pain every time I need to do something."

"Opened USD account with NZ branch. Only option for funding is Wire to Australian bank, dark ages basically. Saw another post recently with a person experiencing funding issues, so raised a query via their website to ask if the account details are correct. No response.. ok, benefit of the doubt. Sent 100 USD test funding via Wire as per intructions given on 7th July, no money returned and must be sitting somewhere. No account credit and no one has reached out. I guess technically CMC stole the money. Waiting to see if there a soul somewhere that will reach out, but overall experience is that it is a useless firm"

Trading tools (like the pattern recognision and scanner) saves me alot of time,effort and potential costs going to third party subsciption based to screen.
