"You can write something honest but still professional: I use several companies for our training, and unfortunately your interface is the least convenient. I would prefer an invitation code or self-registration link instead of creating passwords manually for each learner. It would also be helpful if previous training information and learner records were easier to align and track. Overall, the training content is useful, but the admin/user experience could be more efficient and intuitive."
"The inability to easily see current "in-progress" students and the lack of an individual course outline to show regulators what your employee's learned is a game changer. Will not be using this platform after 2026. Also, customer service is probably the worst I have ever encountered, technical help was fantastic except when you are asking them to do things they know the system can't do. Also, the limit on how long a student can be enrolled and then losing the cost of the course if they don't finish. Nothing positive has occurred with this platform since 360 got involved."
