"I'll give 4 stars. Fortunately the issue was resolved as I was charged an over limit fee. The fees threw my card over the limit, I didn't. Customer service agreed to remove the fee of $41.00 as a courtesy - so I am happy about that, but legally a company can only charge an over the limit fee IF the card holder uses the card over the allowed amount. I happened to know this from experience, but if I didn't catch the fee it would have been left on my account when it wasn't my fault it was from the fees pushing the card over $1000. If you do get this card pay earlier than the due date as it takes time to show up on the account. The transactions are not immediate. Thank you!"
