"This company is a complete scam!!! They acted like a credit collection service, I paid 370 dollars for a 330 dollar collection..and they kept taking money after that...after 8 months I called and was reimbursed for 2 months, as the rest of the reimbursement wouldn't go through, due to the debt not ever being paid..I reached out to the actuall creditor wich was progressive insurance that the 330 dillars was owed since 2021 and nobody had reached out to them regarding this issue..although credit glory promised to pay this off before getting off the phone..as the recorded calls will show they never did!!! But they will send you emails stating they are working very hard for you!! Credit Glory offered a full refund but only partial of the funds went through as they blamed my personal bank for this. I have emails of the attempts...Finally talked to a manager today...his name was Alberto..I was denied the recorded phone calls, and was told that I signed some contract on January 26th, never signed anything!!! Never emailed them back..as a matter of fact even their contacts come up as spam risk!! Not at all what was promised..and not one creditor on my credit report has herd from theese guys, as I talked to Progressive Insurance myself regarding this issue, which happened to be the only thing in collections at the time and still there 9 months later!! They took over a 1,000 dollars for a 330 dollar debt!!"
