Quick service, great deal, very happy
Placed an order for two accessories for a chuck for my lathe. Instead of just dispatching them they queried whether one part was suitable. It wasn't, they corrected the order. 3 minutes later I had an email to say my order was being dispatched, 3 minutes after that another email from DPD to say that they were on their way to collect it. THAT'S what I call customer service!

D & M tools have a great range of power tools and had Makita orbital sander model I was after was in stock. Good communication for click and collect. The Makita BO5041 240v orbital sander works well with great dust collection.

Fast and efficient
The item that I ordered came super quick like next day if I’m not mistaken. The packaging was thoroughly and not oversized, just right. The item in question was a gift for someone who is a professional joiner and he described his present as a “bad boy” hammer so I take it he was pleased and I’ll use this phrase for the title of my review.

I ordered a Record band saw that has been delivered only a day or two after I placed the on-line order. It came on a pallet, well packed and without any damage, all at a price well below that advertised by Amazon. Assemby was easy, following the clear instructions, although setting up has taken slightly longer to prepare for sawing. Overall I am very pleased.
