"These folks may have durable clothing, but they are absolute rip offs when it comes to returns. We had to return a jacket because it was wrong size, and of course we don't get refunded for shipping plus a restocking fee . We ended up losing $20 just to try something on. We will never do business with these people again!"

"Used to love their firehose pants. When they switched to flex they went to crap. I have four pair, and in less than a year they are all threadbare and have holes in them."
"I've been a duluth customer for over 15 years. The clothing quality has taken a significant nose dive over that time. They have traded the hard working clothing the brand was built on for the hipster image of hard work. Pants materials have gotten thinner and less durable while the price has gone up. Color offerings in most shirts, notably their flannel lines have gone from traditional neutral color to vibrant flashy options. Industrial working folks want to blend in and be comfortable not stand out at make a statement. I seriously went from daily dressing in head to toe Duluth Trading clothing to less than 25% in the last 5 years due to these market shifts."
"Stopped into the Duluth Trading on the east side of Minneapolis, George and Lex are a pleasure to see whenever I stop. Both are assets to the company in my opinion, and I’ve told them as much in person. I’ve had a lot of less than favorable experiences with many shopping experiences over the years and they make me happy I shop at DT."
"I have been using their clothing foroveradecade. During that time, I’’ve I’ve had one returned, and that was very simple very straightforward very easy. I am pleased with all of my purchases. I have only good things to say about this organization."
"Duluth clothing has gone from a 10 to a 2 in quality. The FIREHOSE pants sizes use to be very consistent and now they are inconsistent and the quality has greatly diminished. They wear where that use to stay strong and in some cases the stitching started coming out after only a few washings. Flannel shirt sizes are also inconsistent and seems like the quality is not what they used to be. I was once a very loyal DULUTH customer but I am now looking for an alternative for my work clothes."

"I am extremely disappointed with Duluth Trading Company’s order process and fulfillment. I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt as a Father’s Day gift, placing the order well in advance. After waiting and expecting the items to arrive, I was informed that the order never even made it to the warehouse for fulfillment. How does an order get accepted, payment processed, and then somehow never reach the warehouse? This is a basic failure of order management and customer service. The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay—it’s the lack of communication. I had to find out after the fact that the order was essentially lost within their system. If I hadn’t followed up, who knows how long I would have been waiting. A company that charges premium prices should have reliable fulfillment processes and proactive communication when something goes wrong. Missing a Father’s Day gift because an order never made it to the warehouse is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust Duluth Trading Company with future orders."
"Brief info upfront - I came across Duluth when I was looking for a canvas pant with an inset pocket in the right leg - think Carpenter Jeans with a more Khaki-like look. The Firehose Foreman Pants have been a Go-to for the past 2 1/2 years. They look good enough in an office environment, the fabric is robust and the additional zipper pocket on the right front is ideal to keep documents and currency safe when traveling. They run several sales per year and at a reduced price, these pants are well worth the money. The Ballroom Khaki has similar features and looks a bit more refined - They fit my specific needs perfectly and (again: at sale price) are more affordable than competitive products. I can't speak to their customer service. All orders thus far went off without problems."
"They don't honor the lifetime guarantee that existed pre-2019 and frankly the "No Bull" guarantee is meaningless and should be changed to "Lots of Bull" guarantee if you need to return something. And our stuff was purchased pre-2019, so should have been covered."
"Not one pair of white boxers?! WTF! I am done with Duluth!"
"I placed an order on May 21. I have been waiting on a tracking number. Yesterday June 4 I got an email asking me to write a review for my items which I still don't have. It was after business hours so I tried their "live chat". There is nothing live about it. It is automated and worthless. So I called today and after 40 minutes Stella answer the line. I immediately told her I wanted to talk to a manager and she was professional. After a couple of minutes Jill answered the phone and saw that my label had been made but nothing else. She told me that they would send me a replacement order at no additional cost. I was flabbergasted and told her that her remedy was to not charge me more for the items I already paid for. She said yes. At which point I repeated everything including how inconvenient this was. At which point she again said yes and that this was the second time she had told me. I told her this is terrible and she said they would expedite the replacement order on Monday. I said fine. I will never do business with them again and tell everyone of my experience. As for Jill from customer stand point I was and still am disappointed and upset with the transaction. I know people don't put much stock in reviews. I could just be a keyboard warrior but I assure you this is the truth. In the end Duluth trading doesn't think the trouble I had with them and the time and effort I had to put into hopefully solving this is of any concern."

"HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, unhelpful, arrogant. Do NOT give them your email or phone number for a promised discount. You will likely not receive it. I have been a customer for a while, so trust me when I say you want to shop elsewhere."

"Just received my "Lifetime Leather Tote" from Duluth. It is absolutely stunning! I had been looking at some higher priced bags but decided to try this one and I am beyond impressed with the quality of this bag! Well made and the leather is lovely. I will be ordering another in another color. Thank you Duluth!"
"I went to the Colfax store in Golden CO, and Diane was the absolute best customer service rep I’ve ever worked with. She was super kind, super super helpful, and an absolute delight to talk to! Plus, super comfy work pants, which she helped me find and correctly size"

"16557 Washington st Thornton, co I was shopping with my girlfriend as you usual. An employee was giving us a hard time her name is Deborah. She literally followed me to the fitting room while I was trying few items. I did left a complaint to the person who checked me out.we were here for the cycle gear store and It s seems I won’t buy anything from this company anymore."
"Awful customer service over the live chat and over the phone. I spoke with Brandy and Emma. Incredibly rude. Pants tear so incredibly easily even with a “gusset.” Not worth the incredibly high price. I work at a grocery store they should be durable enough for that if they are advertised for heavier duty jobs. SCAM AND FRAUD ALERT!"
"Just placed an order for women's clothing. About 5 mins later had a change of mind, very expensive clothing, instant regret. Got back on their site within mins of placing the order and tried the chat feature to cancel the order. Within secs their chatbot needed to send me to a representative. It's now been 15 mins and I am waiting for someone to even join the chat. Why would a company offer this means of customer service and then not even man it? It's ridiculous."

"Terrible experience. My first order was cancelled for unknown reasons? I ordered again and got an order confirmation only to see a few days later the payment was reversed so I called to check on the order and they told me it was cancelled because items were out of stock? This didn’t make any sense because I then went checked online and saw everything was still available. The worst part is that my first original order was never refunded and when I asked it about it they couldn’t even find the order number. I will never be ordering from this company again"

"I purchased two pairs of Duluthflex Ultimate Cargo work pants during a BOGO promotion. Over two weeks later I received only one pair. When I asked about it, Heather said I was only charged for one pair because they didn't have another pair. Not once did anyone reach out to me to let me know. Then she tells me what happened and their computer system is updating, is there anything else I needed. Yes, how about some customer service because you sure as hell don't know what that is. I'll never order from Duluth Trading again!"
"They have totally screwed up the bid overall shorts—fabric quality decreased, pockets removed and cut shorter. So disappointing!!"
