"I still have faith that you guys will fix the one issue here that’s keeping you from the top three on my list but this right here has killed it for me. Once you guys make good just like you did on my gauntlet account with my live SIM account that was failed for the same exact reason as I mentioned below, and as I mentioned over the last two weeks to you guys, and I’ve been ignored emailing your prop funded side in your standard side. I got all the back up to prove it, I’m not trying to become your enemy here, but if you try to dispute this, I also have the backup information. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be resetting my live simulation account when the lack of flattening capability on your feed is the same reason that my gauntlet account failed that you guys reset after I’ve provided you all the backup. Then you pawn me off to the funded side and they make me start over in conversation and they’re literally ignoring me and not resetting my account let me know when you guys want to do the right thing. I use five different prop firms and I’m not gonna get into the ins and outs but one of the things with the trading company and the digital media marketing company that I do is with a couple other people is reviewing prop firm something we’re getting into and I refer a lot of people to prop firms as well. I’ve sent people over to you. You have no clue who I am and yet you treat me like I’m the bottom of the barrel, don’t care about responding and you’re not doing the right thing with this account. You did it with the evaluation, but it’s interesting how you didn’t reset my live account that was caused by the same issue. To be clear: I am NOT asking for anything free. I paid for multiple evaluations and multiple resets when I broke rules. I accepted those losses and put in the work to finally get funded. I had ~79% accuracy over 10 days, a ~$900 highest trade, strong metrics, and was consistently trading 5–10 NQ micros. I did the work. The problem was Rithmic. I trade Rithmic with other firms and experience normal occasional lag during extreme volume, but I can still manage my positions. With Earn2Trade, I experienced repeated issues where I couldn’t properly flatten or manage live trades. On my $100K Gauntlet, the Rithmic issue caused me to lose control of a position. I documented everything with screenshots/videos and provided it to Earn2Trade. They acknowledged the issue and reset the evaluation. Then the same type of Rithmic failure happened on my $50K funded SIM account. I couldn’t properly flatten the position, couldn’t reliably add/modify protection, tried TraderPro, documented everything again, and the account was ultimately liquidated. 🚨 Here’s the problem: They reset the $100K evaluation because of the Rithmic issue, but they’re refusing to reset my $50K funded account for the same underlying problem. I’ve now been asking for this to be resolved for roughly two weeks, and I’m continually being pushed toward an email while my concerns aren’t actually being addressed. I’m not trying to become Earn2Trade’s enemy. I simply refuse to waste my time and money over a problem their own system caused. Trading isn’t a hobby for me. I paid them. I followed their rules. I paid resets when I was responsible. I put in the work to get funded. You can’t tell me the rules matter when I make a mistake, but ignore the consequences when your own Rithmic feed fails. I have screenshots, videos, messages, and documentation supporting everything in this review. If Earn2Trade disputes any of these statements, I will provide the evidence. I will remove this review and stop sharing this experience if they make it right and reset my $50K account. Until then, I’m going to continue sharing my experience across the platforms where I review these firms, and I am also considering disputing the charges through my bank. ⚠️ I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the same accountability from Earn2Trade that they expect from their traders."
"Felipe is a good support agent, a really good firm, good support"

"Just passed my evaluation account with Earn2Trade and honestly, really happy with the whole experience. First thing worth mentioning is how fast everything was. As soon as I got my account, I was trading almost right away, no weird delays or access issues. Then there's the support, which for me is a big deal. Felipe helped me out a few times when I had questions, and I really appreciate it because he always responded quickly and actually explained things, instead of the usual copy-paste answer that doesn't really help. Bottom line: smooth process, solid support, no complications. If you're thinking about doing an evaluation, this firm delivers."

"Rahul assisted me today with resetting my monthly subscription. I am pretty sure he set a land-speed record at getting that done for me!"

"i am very greatfull to be here because i will learn much more."
"Customer service and attention to detail regarding general doubts traders might have for their specific cases was great! In my case, Lakshay's asistance was spot on!"

"Future is the worst company. Their price slippage is insane. I hit my daily loss limit because of the slippage, even though I had set my stop-loss fifty dollars away. Plus, their support is terrible and they don't understand the situation."

"Subject: Official Complaint Against Earn2Trade – Account Rejection Despite Meeting All Evaluation Requirements I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Earn2Trade regarding the unjust rejection of my evaluation account, despite my full compliance with all stated requirements at the time of purchase. 1. Account Purchase and Evaluation Period On June 21, 2026, I purchased a $200,000 evaluation account under Earn2Trade's old rules and regulations, prior to their recent updates. I committed myself to adhering to all evaluation rules, including the required profit target, maximum daily loss, and maximum overall loss limits. I traded diligently for a full month, achieved the profit target, maintained consistency, and received an official congratulatory message from the system dashboard confirming that I had successfully passed the evaluation. 2. The Unexpected Rejection Three days after receiving the congratulatory message, I was shocked to receive an email from the Compliance Department stating that my account had been rejected due to exceeding the maximum allowable number of contracts on five separate trading sessions during the evaluation period. 3. The Core Issue – Inconsistency in Rules and Support The company's published regulations at the time of my purchase clearly classify this violation as a "Soft Breach" – a temporary infraction that only results in a one-day trading suspension, after which trading resumes normally. This does not constitute a failure of the evaluation. This was explicitly confirmed to me multiple times by Earn2Trade's human support team via chat. On every occasion, I was reassured with the exact same response: "Don't worry, this is a Soft Breach. You can resume trading tomorrow." I followed this guidance and resumed trading each time, eventually reaching my profit target and receiving the official pass notification on my dashboard. 4. Key Contradictions in the Company's Actions If exceeding the contract limit was a serious violation, why was my account left open throughout the entire month? If it disqualified me, why did the system allow me to continue trading until I achieved my target? If it was a critical breach, why did the support team repeatedly tell me it was "no problem" and encourage me to continue? If I was "exploiting" the system by opening extra contracts, why did the platform immediately close all open positions and charge me commissions on those trades—resulting in a net loss with zero profit from those contracts? 5. The "Systemic Abuse" Claim – Unfounded and Unfair The company now claims that exceeding the contract limit five times constitutes "systemic abuse of risk limits." However: Nowhere in their published rules at the time of my purchase does it state a maximum number of Soft Breach occurrences. Nowhere does it state that repeated Soft Breaches convert into a hard, permanent failure. The company is applying a retroactive rule that did not exist when I purchased the account. This is legally and ethically unacceptable. 6. Lack of Proper Warning At no point did the support team warn me: "Be careful – if this happens five times, your account will be rejected." On the contrary, they consistently reassured me and encouraged me to keep trading. Had I known the risk, I would have adjusted my strategy accordingly. I was denied that opportunity. 7. Documentary Evidence I have attached the following documents to support my case: Proof of account purchase (receipt/transaction record). Screenshots of chat conversations with the support team confirming the Soft Breach and encouraging me to continue. Screenshot of the congratulatory message on my dashboard confirming successful evaluation completion. Full trading report showing all transactions. All email correspondence with the company. All of these documents clearly verify my claims. 8. Lessons Learned – Advice to Fellow Traders Based on my bitter experience, I strongly advise all traders to: Document everything – chats, trades, emails, system messages. Read the rules carefully and check for vague or ambiguous clauses. Do not trust support blindly – if they say something is "fine," ask them to show you where it is written in the official regulations. If you are wronged, do not give up – escalate your case to arbitration bodies. Share your experiences to warn others and protect their rights. 9. Final Warning I have decided to publish my story across all available platforms to warn other traders about this untrustworthy company and to prevent them from suffering the same injustice I endured."

"thank you (Abdu )for help he is very good and help quickly thank you"
"Horrible firm! Breached my accounts because I mistakenly put 1 contract over my contract size. They do not put safeguards because they want to breach your accounts and deny payouts! SCAM Company. Stay far away!"

"Thak you rahul for your aupport amazing job"

"I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Earn2Trade's system reliability and customer support regarding my evaluation account (TCP50 - ID: FALDA442911827301). I entered a trade with 25 contracts based on a low-risk strategy. After the trade, my dashboard failed to update or reflect any rule breach properly. Instead, it continued to display my account status as "Active" and "In Progress" with a positive green indicator, showing my remaining balance at $49,944.45 and all rule metrics as valid. Believing my account was fully operational based on the official system data, I continued trading in good faith. Only later was I informed that my account had actually failed, despite the dashboard actively misleading me into believing everything was normal. When I reached out to customer support with full video recordings and screenshots proving this clear technical bug, the support agent explicitly admitted that the dashboard display was a technical error on their side. However, despite acknowledging their system's failure, they refused to issue a Free Reset or restore the active subscription period I had already paid for. Instead, they demand that I either pay additional reset fees or wait for the next billing cycle to pay again. It is completely unfair to force a paying customer to bear the financial cost of a company's technical glitch. I expect management to review this case, take responsibility for their dashboard bug, and provide an immediate Free Reset to restore my paid evaluation period fairly."

"Avoid Earn2Trade if you value fair treatment and trader-friendly risk controls I've traded with 15+ futures prop firms over the past three years, and this has been by far my worst experience. I purchased a brand-new Gauntlet 200 evaluation for approximately $275. The account lasted less than 20 seconds. I intended to place one order for 20 MNQ micro contracts in Tradovate. The order didn't immediately appear, so I clicked again. All three clicks were accepted 7 seconds, resulting in an accidental 60-micro position. My actual loss was only about $189. Instead of rejecting an oversized order like virtually every other prop firm I've traded with, Earn2Trade allowed the order to execute and then immediately issued a permanent Hard Breach under their Progression Ladder rule. I contacted support immediately, explained that it was an accidental duplicate order, and even asked management to review the timestamps. They acknowledged it was an honest mistake but still refused to provide any accommodation—not a reset, not a replacement account, and not even a goodwill exception. Their solution? "Buy another account or purchase a reset." That response tells me everything I need to know about how they treat customers. What makes this even worse is that this situation could easily be prevented. Almost every other futures prop firm I've used enforces maximum position size before the order is accepted. If you exceed the limit, the order is rejected. Earn2Trade instead allows the prohibited order to execute and then permanently fails your account. I was seriously considering purchasing multiple Earn2Trade accounts, but after this experience I asked them to close all of my accounts instead. My advice to anyone considering Earn2Trade: Read every rule very carefully. Understand the Progression Ladder before placing your first trade. If Tradovate appears delayed, do not click again. Be aware that an honest execution mistake may permanently end your evaluation with no discretion from management. There are many prop firms in this industry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Earn2Trade."
