"I got scammed by EC market since last Friday I’ve been sending messages and i have prove screenshots. There is no response 1.6 million+ money and they they were asking me to pay 10% for withdrawal fee which I paid $40,000 for $400,000 and then they came back and asking me to pay again another $30,000they were telling me my score went down with no reason and I’m still waiting every time I’m sending a message. I have a screenshot it shows read so basically Customer Service or whoever is in the back is reading my messages but it’s they don’t responding now I cannot log into my account. Basically they close my account with 1.6 million in the account plus the $40,000 which I sent it in for withdrawal. This platform is completely scam. If someone needs a verification of proof I have everything to prove it"

"I felt like I was talking to a child, when I asked to be an Introducing Broker, the customer's answer was "The Account Manager will contact you". Come on I just want to become an IB, I don't need account manager like that, MY ACCOUNT MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ME. My trading profit of USD 786.60 was voided after the trades were completed, and I faced repeated problems when trying to access my funds. I spent days contacting customer support by email and live chat, but most replies were generic and simply told me to wait instead of providing clear answers or timely resolutions. The overall handling of my case was extremely disappointing and caused significant stress. In my personal opinion, this broker lacks the level of transparency and customer service I expected from a regulated company. "I submitted a withdrawal request on 15 June 2026, but approximately USD 48,000 remains withheld. EC Markets later stated that my account was under review due to alleged trading patterns/order activity, but no specific trade IDs, order IDs, timestamps, evidence, or clear completion date have been provided. My trading account and client portal access have also been disabled, so I cannot access my own account records or statements.I have contacted support several times, but I have continued to be ignored. "Absolutely do not believe the positive reviews. I have never heard of anyone making a profit trading with this brokerage firm. I started trading with this brokerage firm about two months ago and requested a withdrawal a month ago to realize my profits. The next day, both my account and my withdrawal order were blocked. For a month now, they have absolutely refused to return my capital or earnings and are constantly stalling. "I requested a USD withdrawal, but my account was blocked and my backend login account was deleted. On February 25, 2026, I requested to withdraw USD funds from my account (account number 81080092). They conducted a KYC verification on my account and froze it, as well as the funds in another account I opened (81073955), refusing to return my principal or the profits I had earned. I have repeatedly sent emails, but have only received emails stating that the account requires KYC verification, without any further explanation. I am now requesting assistance.
